maccrage
My normal work clothes. So, what do you think, pistol belt with M14 and one mag, for that authentic Navy pier sentry loadout?
Soba
My normal work clothes. So, what do you think, pistol belt with M14 and one mag, for that authentic Navy pier sentry loadout? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think you should be telling, not asking Sailor. Whats your rate by the way? Please spell it out though no one knows what AO3 or any of that other stuff is. -Soba
maccrage
IT1(SW) Information Systems Technician First Class, Surface Warfare qualified. Also , when wearing utilities or coveralls that don't have the rate insignia in the crow, just Petty Officer First Class, which is E-6. Formerly known as RM, or Radioman, and the rate DP, or Data Processing Technician. The two rates were merged together a few years ago. For some reason the Navy thought that data processing and radio communications were the same job.
HaVoC
Yeah, this is ACU/UCP. They're now issued to SEAL units (and other USN, AF, etc) deployed alongside Army units wearing ACU/UCP. Hence I can get away with my SEALs loadout using ACU Pretty commonplace now. I love it, even if it does suck the big one in greenside. Crandall
That actually looks pretty nice, well done.
LoneWolf
Me thinks flag should be on right arm only, reversed ofcoarse. But the loadout looks great, I'll be getting my set soon. Cheers, Mike ™
HaVoC
I have on the way at the moment ACU nametapes and blood type tab, FG and full-colour reversed flags (non-IRR) and more glint tape (so I don't have to keep swapping it over). So yeah, I think the same From what I've seen, most guys running ACUs now seem to use the full-colour flags even in combat.

HaVoC
It's hot here, you know. My make-up is beginning to run. Check out how much you can get in the CAVERNOUS cargo pockets on the ACU pants. There's 10 MP5 mags in there (the long 30rd ones, not the tiny 20rd ones), with room to spare. Closes up fine, and there's a nice shock-cord cinching system on the top, too. You could use them as dump pouches if you were that way inclined.
