vincentsales
For a first paint job it's quite good IMO, although i wouldn't have painted the mag. Plus it's not overly raped
DazJW
I actually really like that paintjob. I also wouldn't have painted the mag, and I think I would've used brown instead of white.
Souske
ok my m4s not even worthy of being in this topic but here gose bad i know i also posted it in the painted gun topic ... sorry <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't think it's that bad at all! I'm not sure how effective where you're skirmishing at, but it sure looks very artistic (in a good way). What's important that the paintjob works at where you're at.

no1rc3ur
sturgis, your m4 seems like it has a long RIS? what kind is that?
sturgis
sturgis, your m4 seems like it has a long RIS? what kind is that? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> G&P first run jungle series special forces kit and it's a medium sized actually most parts, except the stocktubes and stocks itself and some CA parts, is G&P actually, i wan't to replace them with g&P cranes though Edited September 16, 2006 by sturgis
barrakuda
sturgis, is the n4 (noveske) based on a 733? if yes, how did you fit that hand guard on it?
sturgis
sturgis, is the n4 (noveske) based on a 733? if yes, how did you fit that hand guard on it? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yeah, it's a TM m733 front i got of the forums here, it's been along time ago, but i remember i had to get rid of alot parts inside, like the fake gastube etc...
barrakuda
sorry, but isn`t that hand guard too long for an m 733 stock? how did you do that, did you shave it?
Tommygunn
The M733 front-end featured above, probably a G&P, is a bastardised version of the real M733 therefore M4 grips fit just fine. The Noveske is a flash hider not a muzzle break i.e. recoil reducer.
jonarthur
if its a normal TM m4 barrel you can just buy a m733 front section and replace it .. giving you the same lenght hand guard with a m733 barrel.. thats what i did anyway
0nslaught
how is that noveske metal body? im thinking about getting one
no1rc3ur
sturgis, sorry to bother you again but is your gun something like this? http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...F_cat_GP%20AEGs it is freaking sexy
0nslaught
i think sturgis has is the special forces front set, so ya that would pretty much be how his gun is
sturgis
sturgis, sorry to bother you again but is your gun something like this? http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...F_cat_GP%20AEGs it is freaking sexy <{POST_SNAPBACK}> no, it was a scratch build (both of them actually ), can't seem to find the RAS on WGC anymore.... onslaught: they are nice, as you come to expect from G&P barrakuda: nope, it's not to long...M733 handgaurds are the same lenght as M4 ones. the M733 just has a different barrel assembly then the M4, kinda like a one piece (but not really) compared to the TM M4, all you need to do is remove all the clutter for holding the fake gastube, and have the right ringcap for the front sight. Oh and it's a standard TM M733 barrel assembly tommygun: His Noveske KFH flash hider is a wonder. It takes all the blast of a shorty AR15/M16 off the shooter and his team member and directs it down range. John has taken the AK74 flash hider and improved the materials and produces these himself in the US. They are threaded 1/28 for installation on any standard Ar15/M16 muzzle. reference you are right though that is classified as a flashhider by the BATF FTB. Tommygunn
He's talking about muzzle blast not recoil. He means it not only reduces flash but reduces the radiating effects of the muzzle blast shockwave to him and anyone in the vicinity by better directing it down range. It won't reduce the recoil.
