death from above
Its surprising cuz usually RAS's and crane stocks dont fit on ics guns. I had to epoxy the crane stock on there cuz i couldnt get it to screw into the upper gear box and the ras,i had to rethread the receiver.
pillow_pwnage
As for the stock, you can't use the original ICS stock screw, you need the longer one designed for Marui compatible guns. Â As for the RAS, I've had no problem with GB-Tech/G&P/KA units fitting my ICS receiver. Unlucky you.
Angry
You can use the original stock screw, I used it on mine, but it was a pain to screw in and I won't ever be undoing it.
SACSlym
my newly finnished baby (made from not so newish parts) Â Â Â I intend to make the vert grip a collapsable one, and will probably construct a newer high powered gearbox for her, making her into a semi only sniping beast =)
Tommygunn
Can you get the vertical grip any further forward. Surely it can't be comfortable, I mean, I have mine like 8cm from the mag well.
chillindrdude
Regarding the Noveske Flash-Hiders for real steel... Â mainly seen on SBRs (Short Barreled Rifles) because: 1) they redirect muzzle blast foward instead of to the sides. which is advantageous in CQB because you don't want hitting your buddies with blast when you shoot. Â 2) they create greater back-pressure to improve cycling reliability, which is a common problem among SBRs (unless of course you have one of those new-fangled piston-driven M4s) Â for airsoft, they just look cool

The_End
Question: On a Free floating RAS is the upper rail at the same height as the rail on the upper recevier? Because looking at some photos it looks like the upper rail on some RAS are lower then the rail on the upper recevier or am I just seeing wrong? Â Thanks Edited September 18, 2006 by The_End
