SEADOG
Sorry in my slight delay, but finally have my belt finished off for my GCPD loadout! I've taken the silencer off as I was just seeing if it added to the look as I can't find a night stick over here lol
bobthebuilder
I've taken the silencer off as I was just seeing if it added to the look as I can't find a night stick over here lol There's a reason for that (they are illegal as hell) I've seen the foam handle section of a fishing rod can make for a nice stand in. Or there is a company that makes a plastic training replica, but I can't remember the name. There's some discussion of it on the ARV/CO19 thread.
SEADOG
Don't worry I am aware they are rather illegal haha I was looking for a Larp version but not paying a fortune for it.
bobthebuilder
Don't worry I am aware they are rather illegal haha I was looking for a Larp version but not paying a fortune for it. If your after a fixed one (I.e not a teloscopic) have you considered martial arts suppliers? for example Wooden Foam Foam side handle A bit of paint should cover up those logos, and still leave you with something that looks decent, and is safe. CoolHeart_ASN
Hey dudes! Here you have a pic from this weekend with a, fictional, caption included LOL LOS ANELES, CA.- LAPD SWAT officer during training exercise on the Angeles National Park. As part of the Counter Terrorist Task Force, LAPD, together with FBI SWAT, from LA office, and LASD Special Enforcement Bureau, has participated on a massive manhunt training exercise on the woods of the Angeles National Park, in order to improve tactics and protocols for this kind of mission, after the CD case last year. pforcerecon
CoolHeart_ASN great loadout man! Last time I talked with the armourer in charge for the LAPD's SWAT, they had been in talks of phasing out the kimbers with the SF 310 and 610r lights, in place of Kimbers with the bottom rail so as to attach more modern and brighter up to date lights. As you all know the SF 310 and 610 model lights are old as can be, and they have a big sized box in the armoury with a bunch of replacement parts since the lights tend to have problems and aren't as bright. Last time I was in the armoury there were a few pistols with the SF rail adapter attached and some TLR lights, but the rest were all Kimber LAPD models with the SF lights, with the occasional 1 non LAPD model Kimber in the lineup. Keep in mind all of this information was about 3-4 years ago, so definitely the armoury has been updated since. I plan on going to visit the armourer soon to see what updates they've had since then. Also at the time, the sniper cadre was T&E the SCAR H with a leupold scope and an/peq attached. There were 2 representatives there from FnH that were going to go over the breakdown on the SCAR. I have a pictured somewhere along with others from the armoury, when I find them I'll post them up.
CoolHeart_ASN
Thank you very much pforcerecon! I know that actually, the issued handgun is the kimber with surefire x200/x300 flashlight, but I'm in love with the SF310R combo ;D LOL!! Finally I could say my impression is finished. Now I need to make a good photoshot. Only things to do is add an oaklye assault boots and finish the HK416 with the geiselle rail, magpul afg and D-BAL Enjoy and constructive criticism is welcome!
