Ketix
Looks really amazing so far. The MP5 would be the crown for that outfit. Could I ask what's vest you are using?

hessu75
With that outfit, you could use the riot type shin guards and forearm guards. Good ol´ one metre rubber batong and you could give some instructions to G8 conventions rioters ( dumb asses those rioters) =) Cheers -Hessu-
Unit 318
Black Dog, that loadout is amazing. You really should get a FAMAS for that loadout.

-MOOSE-
I'd suggest some kind of armor and a helmet.

Mr Foxhound
Nice Unit 318. Same exact gear the local SWAT team around here uses. (Kane County, IL). Just need some ACUs like them Edited August 7, 2009 by Mr Foxhound
Unit 318
I have the subdued ACU's coming in later this week, to complete the look.
J-Rock_14
For some reason, the city I live in has both a Sherriff's SWAT team, and a City Police SWAT team. ( It's actually called TRT, but whatever. ) The county SWAT uses ACU, with black or OD gear, while the city SWAT uses a mix of urban BDUs and that subdued digi pattern the Marines turned down, with black gear. Hell, some of the city SWAT still wear their old black uniforms. I think my city has some standerdization issues to work out. o.O
Unit 318
My local SWAT team uses black tac-vests (that's right, cross-draws and the such) over armor carriers with navy BDUs... So not tacticool.
Mr Foxhound
Big Budget cuts are happening all over America for Police. Which is why not many SWAT teams have expensive Tac Gear and new uniforms. Most of it has to be bought by the cop him/herself. (Kane County SWAT has to buy they're own ammo, due to cuts) Quite sad really. Especially when IL dosent have CCW law, and cops are our only defense. Unit 318
Epeccilly when IL dosent have CCW law, and cop are our only defence. Exact same thing here. I am good friends with a local police officer/SWAT member. He's a good guy and had to buy his MP5A4 on his own budget.
Unit 318
Two updated pictures with all my gear (sans patch, sling, rifle and hydration pack on its way)
-MOOSE-
That's a lot of mags. Just pointing it out but the guys in the SWAT Team that my friend is in only carry three mags to their M4's, total. Not like it matters in airsoft, those guys tend to shoot a lot less, and we tend to shoot a lot more.
Unit 318
Sadly I can't carry so few magazines unless they're highcaps and I'm not a fan of the rattle.
-MOOSE-
It's airsoft, don't worry about it. Not many can, and I wouldn't feel good about only having three mags on me even though that is the average amount of mags I use per day. I like carrying more than I need, so does SWAT, and enough for them is three. They say that if they do expire one mag, they need to rethink their tactics.
J-Rock_14
So, being my city's Police Explorers program has a nice pay-off. WE get to use, and keep the surplus black SWAT pants and jackets, along with standard duty belts. We don't know if they're going to issue us any tactical vests, but here's to hoping. We get to 'play' with simunitions in two weeks. I can't wait for that, seeing as how I'm one of the few kids enrolled in it that have fired a number of handguns, and a couple AR15's before. Unit 318
I know it's not "SWAT" necessarily, but I just got this new sling from ERT.
