BigAl
Great picture's Bob, shame you ruined them by having that dumb scope on the gun.
Airsoft3003
doesnt the silencer on the glock mess with the cycling? i was gonna get one for my 19 but was advised not to. Â I had a glock 17 with a guarder threaded barrel. It worked fine without a silencer on it but when I put a gemtech blackside (What I purchased intially) it wouldnt cycle properly. I'm thinking it was weight issues. I never did get to try it with a feather silencer, but im thinking that makes the difference. If I remember correctly, the blackside weighs 2 pounds or so. Â Heres the threaded barrel I had: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=2592
Bob the Angry Potato
Great picture's Bob, shame you ruined them by having that dumb scope on the gun. Â Hmm- IMO, it adds to the effect. Better with the RDS then having just a blank rail sitting there with nothing on it.

BigAl
The rail is also part of the problem, it screams airsoft to anyone with a passing knowledge of firearms. It would be impossible to mount a rail like that on a 93r, if you still wanted the gun to work anyway. As for the piece of *beep* Chinese reddot all I can say is shame on Umarex for prostituting the once great Walther name. Â Great picture though mate, got anymore? yeatzee
Looks good with it on. I say get it Yea Its growing on me, even though the gun with it on is realy long. O well

This is Canada, not too many people have a knowledge of firearms  Yeah, there's a few- I'll post the other half-decent one here. A lot of them don't have that pistol so I can't put them thanks to the thread topic. Smoke is courtesy of a PFI Smokecap silencer.
mattmanic
I think your tie needs to be red, but apart from that, the pictures look great!
Bob the Angry Potato
I think your tie needs to be red, but apart from that, the pictures look great! Â Thanks- was the photographer's request to get a black tie, though. I bought a red one for the offchance that I'd go to an indoor skirmish in a suit.
sc0rp10n
Hah! Thanks for the comments Bob, but she's really not that long in person. About 47in to be precise, no longer than a SVD Dragunov or SPR/A Mk12 with an OPS suppressor on. And she's only 5in longer than my M4 CASV with a OPS suppressor on. Â I am debating replacing the current barrel and suppressor combo for a heavier 20in barrel and OPS can to complete more of a "SPRish" look rather than a custom SR-15. I'll post when I can, if I do. Â Cheers for now.
Carter
Does any real military unit use the OPS silencers?
sc0rp10n
It is an older design that was employed by some SF(ARMY) units during the late 90s. I believe SEALs used them on their SPR/A and MK12's for some time. In fact they still might! But as it is an older design it has been getting phased out recently for more up to date manufactures such as KAC and Surefire.
