what is the barrel and silencer for the g spec

and where did you get it?

Stock barrel with gspec suppressor under pvc tubing. Barrel and suppressor wrapped in camo tape to make up for snug fit. Don't know if the tight fit helped make it quoted, but it is quieter than without.

Nah, the picture I posted is real steel. The Greaseguns were reissued to our Navy personnel and fitted with integral silencers to fill a gap in our forces' requirements. The conversion was cheap, fast and decently successful. You can read more about it here. There's also a video in that page that shows the thing shooting.

Cheers mate, was thinking about making lightweight carbon fibre suppressors for glocks, but wouldn't want to even think stealing this guys thunder, it's nice to see some stuff being made in england rolleyes.gif

 

BTW what barrel did you use??

Hate to Double Post, but I just made another Threaded Barrel, This time for something a little more old-school...

I removed the previous Barrel cap, Machined a new plug, and got to put my new threading tool to use!

 

This is a NBB version that acts more like a very large mk23.
