Hello all, welcome to the Airsoft Supplier UK forum!

 

Thanks to the admin team for allowing us to have a small forum. We will be using it to alert the airsofting mass to new products, special offers and general news about ASUK.

Please check back regularly here, or at the site for updates.

For current order enquiries, please use our website and your reference numbers or email us, as it saves clogging the board up, and allows for a faster response to you.

About Us

 

We are a small airsoft company set up by enthusiasts looking to offer a low cost online shop specialising in magazines, affordable tactical equipment and various 'gucci' items. To ensure that the lowest possible prices can be offered we have a reasonable stock list. If you want a product that is similar to the type of product we sell (for example, a KSC USP magazine) please do not hesitate to contact us and we will usually be able to obtain what you wanted at a great price. If we can source the product we can usually have it delivered to you within two weeks. We aim to be the lowest priced UK based company for all the products we sell, especially with magazines and high quality tactical kit.

 

Payment

We use the Paypal shopping system but this accepts both payments by Paypal transfer and by using any major credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo). Just follow the link on the checkout page for those without Paypal account and you can pay by card. We do accept cheques and cash, but we must wait for cheques to clear and cash is sent at your own risk. If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, please email us with your desired order, and we will respond with instructions on where to send payment. We are based south of Guildford in Surrey so if you desire, the products can be dropped off (usually same day, at a time of your choosing) for a small surcharge (normally £5.00) if you are nearby. Please email us if you require this service, as it is only available at certain times of the year. But bear in mind, if you need a product quickly, via this service you can have it in a hour or so from the point of emailing us!

Faulty/Broken or wrong products

If you receive any faulty or broken products please contact us as soon as recieving them, and we will advise you on where to return them to. If defective items are returned using a registered and insured service, with all original packaging, subject to our confirmation previous to sending the item, we will refund your postage costs. A fix, full refund or replacement product will be arranged and we will try our best to rectify any problem. This is only applicable if the product was broken or faulty on arrival. If you decide that you do not want the product within one week of arrival, it can be returned to us, either to exchange for an alternative product or to receive store credit. The product should be in the same condition as it arrived to you in and with the original packaging. We will not refund any postage costs. It should be noted that we do not offer refunds for items ordered in specifically for the customer (that is items not on the website, ACU uniforms and non-Proud tactical gear) unless we explicitly state otherwise.

 

Products that are 'On order'

 

Some products are shown as 'Available On Order'. This means the product is currently out of stock but usually available in around 10 working days or less. If you buy a product 'Available On Order' it should be with you in under 2 weeks unless we contact you with other information. If we have a problem with product availability and it shall be longer than 2 weeks we shall contact you. Please understand that as a reasonably new company we cannot hold large stocks of all items and having an 'on order' option allows us to widen our product range. This allows us to give the customer a greater choice and consequently better prices on a better range. A product shown with the additional description of 'Available On Order, Stock Incoming', means that a stock order is inbound so you can typically expect it sooner than 10 working days.

 

Postage

Postage is based on the weight of your items, but you have a choice of services. You can choose between Parcel Force 48hr or Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. Royal Mail Special Delivery is our preferred form of mail with tracking and guaranteed arrival on the day after dispatch. We only offer these insured and guaranteed services as they cover all parties for item loss and ensure rapid product arrival to the customer. Parcel force 48 is only recommended for parcels of a weight of several kilos as it is quite expensive for smaller items. We endeavor to despatch your order as soon as possible. In most cases your order will be despatched the day after ordering. However, during certain busy times of the year such as christmas and the summer months, if your order is received before 4.30 with payment, we will despatch the same day.

 

International Orders (Outside the UK)

The website is configured for postage to the UK and EU, the Airmail Europe postage service is available to all EU countries but we can only offer mail tracking in certain countries. If you live outside the EU then please contact us before ordering to get a quote for postage and arrange payment.
