We do make customers aware that an on order item will take longer, and we DO state that we can do what you have said, if you ask. When you buy a product on order the last line of the information paragraph everybody is shown (whether you read it or not is up to you) states, "If you require the products that are currently in stock immediately, please advise us of this and we will despatch the available items separately". We can't know that you needed some of the items asap if we are not made aware.
