Souske Posted May 25, 2007 Report Share Posted May 25, 2007 Alright my WE 1911 came in. Nice gun I must say, but I do hate the black plastic grips included. I switched them out shorty after. The 'wood' grips are from a KWC Springer that has been painted. The grips are a bit beefier than the stock WE grips. Link to post Share on other sites

Unfortunately I could only get a Silver HI-Power as a donor gun so the furniture is painted. I'm not sure how well its going to hold up, especially on the contact parts but we'll see.
