Vamp V^^V
You have a minimum engagement distance for your rifle, but you're allowed to use a sidearm that fires 470fps? Is it just me, or does that not make a huge amount of sense?
Livoniairsoft
We must play a little bit higher fps. Rifles can shoot up to 550-600fps, and aren't allowed for night games because at night there are generally closer engagements. We still allow 430fps full auto for night games, my M500 and the other M500 shoot similar fps... were just an exception because its not full auto. Vamp V^^V
*whistles* that's a pretty hardcore site compared to over here! Fair enough though if those are your rules
poorieuser
That's actually pretty hardcore for the US as well. Most insurance companies limit it to 420 for Full auto, 500 for sniper rifles, and 330 for CQB/Night games. At least from what I understand.
CapaciousZepher
At our local place it's 400FPS for AEGs, 550 for bolt action rifles and green gas for pistols. Keeps things safe and fun. Obviously there is a MED for bolt action rifles shooting above 400FPS. We don't really do any CQB but 1j-350FPS is a good CQB range. Cheers! - CapaciousZepher
Livoniairsoft
Michigan rules are 550 limit for rifles usually, we play just a little hotter on our teams field because its bigger and calls for longer shots. My teamate did build a 720fps Mechbox for a guy in South Carolina... Thats hardcore.
ferretkiller
Which guy in SC?? Just curios since ill have to face him on a field probably.

Fuser
Are those rubber bands on the stock? Or paracord?
Raven 6
Rubber bands which are normally together holding down the stock-adjkusting lever. The rear one should be just where the front one should be, but in the picture they're holding an Intellect 8,4v battery in it's "not-going-to-fit-a-crane-stock" configuration, which doesn't look good but works better than the Dboys 8.4 sucky battery. That's how I'll manage until I get a decent 9,6v battery hehe.
