Sonny
Actually, I was wondering if anyone was going to say something I prefer it that way. It interfers a little with the sling, but tucks nicely that way. Thanks for looking out Crispin1025
Mad-Larkin
hey guys, i just got myself a tm m14 second hand off someone on here. anyways, the bb's always seem to go left a little out of mine, and i wondered if it could be something wrong or was just me being a noob. i'd also swear it doesn't have the range it should, not sure about this tho. my bro just got a brand new star g36k and my m14 doesn't seem to go much further than it
Darbyjack
socom 16 seems very nice... but its a lot more expensive than ur standard TM M14. is the price jump really worth the money? this is only my first gun. Hmm... after much thought i think i'll buy a nice M14. I love the design. It has that old rifle look to it but is modernized (olive green or black version - the wood one looks like an antique) thanks guys for the replies. also ur conversation got quite interesting to read at some stages
Skorn
If you like the SOC16, then just get a TM one and buy all the parts needed for the conversion.
fishsquatch
G&G SOC16 is $474 with free shipping from WGC. TM M14 $318 plus shipping Plus SOCOM conversion: SOCOM Sight, Outer Barrel, Inner Barrel, and Scout Sight Mount ~ $200 The SOC16 really seems to be a pretty good deal. That being said, I hope to have my TM SOCOM 16 together by the end of the month. I'm chopping the barrels to save $100.
