SlvrDragon50
I was reading a gun magazine at barnes & nobles and this gun caught my eye. Its not exactly a M16 pistol but its sooo pimp. Murph
Yeah, this has been around for some time now... Oh and what was your point?
otherrandomhero
I think his point was that he wants to build it. This will be quite difficult to make into an AEG because there is barely room for a gearbox (though there is enough), and there is literally no room for a battery. I guess it wouldn't be too hrad to get the shape right, though, as you jsut need a M4 body and short barrel assembly, attatch them, drop in a gearbox, and melt some plastic over it to fill in the gaps. SlvrDragon50
Oh.. I never knew it was around. I figured that since it was in the magazine it must have been new because It got quite a few pages.
TerranCmdr
Woa, that is one fugly little gun. It might be a pretty sweet little gas conversion though. Definitely different.
SlvrDragon50
I can only see it as a gas gun.. I dont think it can hold a battery and it would look pretty stupid with a battery bag or PEQ.
Venge
Simply modifiy a gas mauser into this, doesn't seem that hard to do.
zentaurus
Simply modifiy a gas mauser into this, doesn't seem that hard to do. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yup! a gas mauser with a longer barrel and some epoxy, bondo, or jbweld ought to do it. maybe even a kjw mark 1 though this would be harder, methinks, because of the pistol grip angle. SlvrDragon50
But how would you replicate that mag?
Burke
Why not just use a ready mag to hold the battery?
SlvrDragon50
But the thikng is that.. It looks so much nicer with that short mag.. and you cant really mount a ready mag with a short mag.
renegadecow
If you use a Ver3 gearbox (just coz it looks like an M16 doesn't mean you have to use a Ver2, right?) you will have enough space for a stick type battery ontop, extending to the gas tube.
SlvrDragon50
Well.. IF I do build this, I woulder rather work with a gas gun, springer, or a REALLLLY cheap LPEG... Im thinking the springer would be best to do as an LPEG, may not be able to hold the battery on, and a gas gun, I hate messing with gas components.
Anteater
stick battery along the gas tube.
