I wants a Beryl sooooooooo bad.... But I am pretty sure you would need specialized parts, and fabricating them is out of the question for me... Plus I don't have an AK yet, that TM AK74 does look nice though, maybe its time to get one... Anyone here have a beryl? http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/comm...Beryl_rifle.jpg

Tacticool AK? No problem, if you do it PROGRESSIVE:

Too bad that AK along with the rest of the "Vityaz" series of Inokatus guns is totally incorrect.

The only pic I have seen with those handguards was just a plain AKS-74U with no wacky flashider and no side rail.

There is a photo set of Alfa trialing western gear though and I believe they are using AK's with the Krebs rail system as well as some additional Western componenents.

Again though, tacticool parts are rarely used. The only thing remotely western I have seen in combat was a Russian copy of an aimpoint at Beslan.

sorry, but how is that tacticool? no rails, just the handguards used for later model AKSUs, a recoil pad and an AKSU laser.

it's not cluttered with completely un-neccecary tat, nor the means of putting said tat on.

i am a purist. and theres nothing different about that AK than the flash hider. other than that it is a proper late AKSU (with a proper laser)

Not really seeing as it's got a thumb selector, wrong pistol grip and I've never seen those hand-guards on a non-civvie SU.

by jove! the boy is right!

i didnt notice that thumb selector, looks kinda cool. and the grip (from memory) looks like the one on an AMD-65 (monstrosity) but could be feasable on an AKSU.

obviously that wouldnt be an issued bit of kit, but it would be feasable i guess.
