CapaciousZepher
Sounds fantastic. No doubt you will do an excellent job considering your past work. Looking forward to seeing the completed rifle. Will the base system be a VSR or APS or something else? Cheers! - CapaciousZepher
Shard
If you check the link, you will see he is using an M700, a KJW Takedown to be specific As I said over the other place, I look foward to seeing how this one goes Candyman

Candyman
Thanks for the support guys. I have bought a cheap mill to make things easier on this build, still working out how to use it but its definatly a good tool to have. As Shard said the donor is the m700 takedown, the gun im building has a removable barrel and stock so this will help me some.

Moriquende
By judging how well you built that WA2000 this will be equally awesome. Just don't forget to get a cheek pad and some .338 Lapua rounds
Bldr.dh
I'm sure it'll turn out incredible, man. I wish I had the means to build something like that -- I only have the tools to work with wood at this point. My L96-esque stock is till in progress, but hopefully I'll be able to finish it up in the next couple of weeks. I would really love to make a DSR-1 some day, though I'd have to figure out how to stick the cylinder towards the rear of the gun for realism -- I'm a bit of a realism nut. Anyways, mad props your way.

rtrdpenguin
I love the choice of gun, never heard of it but it looks absolutely gorgeous. Not that the WA2000 was ugly or anything =)
cqbanimal
goin a bit off topic, did anyone else follow the link to the dsr1? is it me or when it was semi stripped, did it look like a stormtroopers rifle from starwars, or is it just me?
TerranCmdr
It did have a slight resemblance. That is one sick rifle though. Anyway, nice project! Beautiful rifle. I'm sure it'll turn out very nice, judging from your WA2000 project. Just on a side note, is this going to be gas or spring powered? Sorry, I'm not exactly up to date on all the different airsoft snipers.
Candyman
This section will be attached to the stock and then slotted on and off the main body of the gun. I turned round with my calipers in my hand and somehow managed to bash them on the side of the drill table, hmm........
dismemberd
You broke the calipers! lol. I'm sorry, that's not really funny, But I I loved your WA200, and I know this one will be good too.
