T.P.Evan
Hmm, the action looks Soviet, but the trigger doesn't seem right to fit anything like the AVS36, SVT38, SVT40, or SKS. So is it from Eastern Europe?
RSP1
No, it's not Russian/East European. Want a hint? Edited January 8, 2007 by RSP1
poorieuser
Looks like someone haxored a SVT40 stock. Â A hint would be nice.
RSP1
Hint #1: It is full auto. Â I also have Hint #2 and Hint #3 ready, at increasing levels of hintishness.

T.P.Evan
Got it. SIG MKMO or its shorter variant, the SIG MKPS. Since it isn't Eastern European, that eliminated lots of choices . Edited January 8, 2007 by browningman
RSP1
Great job, that's a tough one. Have a +1.

101matt1
Time to go again... Subject 7   Subject 8 - Yes it is an AK variant/relative, but I need the specific name .   :EDIT: Didn't see poorieuser's picture until after I had posted. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 7 is an AK sight, and 8 is a AK-74?  Bah! 8 looks more like a AKM. No? Edited January 8, 2007 by 101matt1
FW200
8. Judging by the selector markings.. It's East German.. lower handguard is solid wood.. pistolgrip is plastic, so is upper.. It's either a Mpi-K or Mpi-Ks... can be both, can't see the stock.. Â My bad.. not Mpi-k or Mpi-Ks... I mixed up.. It's a Mpi-km or Mpi-kms-72, the Mpi-k(s) is the milled one. RSP1
Subject seven being the type of rear sight as it is, and graduated to such long ranges, I'm going to assume that it's on an old, pre-WWII or WWII era bolt action rifle. Â I'm guessing Mosin Nagant 91/30, KAR98/G98, and Schmidt-Rubin straight pull initally. Not a lot to go on. Edited January 8, 2007 by RSP1
Lithium Jack
Could this be the one? I was wondering if anyone would actually ever post a Mosin Nagant, seeing as how people have guessed it for like 4 of the pictures
