THE GHILLIE SUIT

WHY IS THAT BUSH WALKING? Have you seen a Hollywood war movie, with a sniper in it ? - You'll normally find the sniper dressed up in a suit, that helps him blend into the undergrowth. This is called a 'ghillie suit'. When wearing a well made suit, and properly used, you should be almost impossible to spot by the enemy.... that's the theory anyway.

HOW'S IT BUILT? To be truthful, I really don't know anything more than what I have read on a couple of webpages. Rather than plagiarize their information, I'll just put a link in:

WE COME IN PEACE... After many happy hours of tying knots in string, and fraying cloth, you too can look like an extra out of a 1980's episode of DrWho.

While I'm not really after the 'woolly mammoth' look, you can really appreciate how useful a suit like this could be, just don't go out into the woods wearing this during the bear mating season.
