Got this for like four months, and the quality is still impressing me. I go full throttle on my gear, so often the clones do not last long. On this one there is literally no signs of wearing so far. Took it for dynamic course with real steel and it performed above the expectations (nothing got ripped or torn). Overall the price/quality is top notch! Aaaand it comes in L/XL sizing, which for me is perfect (being 190 cm/100 kg). The only letdown is the multicam is non licensed, so it does differ from the genuine MC (Modi is a bit more like MTP). Absolute bang for the buck imho.

I've got to say, I'm not sold on the Zenitco pistol grips. I like their rail system handguards (the 'Goliath' setup for the AKSU with an integrated suppressor is about as sexworthy as can be) but the pistol grip seems like it'd be very uncomfortable.
Shame, in the picture it looked all cool and dandy, but if ergonomics sucks I will pass.
Speaking of AKSU, Asura just came out with their B-11 handguard rail copy, but at $70 you may as well get the legit Zenit for a mere $90. The upper handguard rail though is only $40+ so that's still worth it (original being well over $100).
Penny saved is a penny earned, on the other side Zenith was not very eager to shipp stuff to Poland, and now during the "embargo wars", that will be nearly impossible :/.
The B-11 looks cool, but is there the matching top piece for that? I was to go into full scale AK74, but thinking of it now mayby I will do a omgalfastyle Suchka (wife is gonna kill me amnyways ).

Anyone was installing this http://www.bunnyworkshop.com.hk/airsoft/Asura-Dynamics-PT-1-Folding-Tactical-Stock-for-AEG-GBB ? Will this fit to the receiver with fixed stock mount or for the folder? I am currently looking for base for my tacticoolmfrakkinfsbalfaspecnaz ak 74, so it is essential to know that .
On the other hand did Asura finally released that fancy Zenith style pistol grip for AEG or is it still a GBBR only thing?

The burn looks very similar to those that I got on my real steel AKMS. The weathering on the rest of the gun thou needs a bit polishing (metal wool or metal "sponge" used to clean the burned pots does the trick). Google for the mujahideen photos from the Afgan war for more reference.

IMHO Real Sword>VFC>LCT>vast desert of nothingness>E&L>Dboys>Cyma>JG. If you are considering R&L or VFC i would say go VFC!

Yep, those need time to "break in" and wear a bit. I run a surplus belt on my real steel Polish AKMS and after a year and a bit (of moderate shooting drill use) some parts of the belt are still stiff and rough.

How's the gas efficency?

Any news if Co2 version will have trades on the slide?

KJW/TK stanags are heavy bastards... like much heavier than thermhods. Also the price difference is a thing to consider.

Hey guys, do you know if any airsoft manufacturer makes a suppressor that fits the 24mm right hand threads you find on some AKs? Some of the PBS-1 suppressors I've seen pictures of have some kind of thread insert and it seems like the bigger thread could be 24mm but I can't be certain. I've got a G&G PBS-1 and it for sure does not fit.
If by some AKs you mean the DBoy/Kalash the -24mm (or whatever diameter it has) thread can be unscrewed and underneath you will have a standard 14mm (I can't really remember if it is cw or ccw thread) so you can use almost all airsoft suppressors/muzzle breaks/flash hiders.

Top right corner, the searchbox is by default set for "serch this topic", but I'm a man of generous heart so http://arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/171349-kjw-m4/?p=2618194

Love those AK's with RPK mags! And AKS looks even cooler .
-
If the stock will last till next month (my wallet is already bleeding hard due to car insurance), I think I actually will .
-
A&K are back in stock at Taiwangun.com with some spare A&K PTW mags.
-
Mixing my AIMS a little bit.
These are King Arms mags or what?
-
NonEx you actually used Stark in game or is it just "display" gun ?

Oh, if anyone has that MAX3 DTW in hand I'd be especially curious to confirm that it is indeed Systema receivers compatible and find out how well it works with the PTW PTS PMAGs and EMAGs and to see the photos of the new mosfet, I hope it's tiny now so that the battery can fit into the stock tube.
Nath, maybe you can post a review when yours come in.
When I lay hands on mine I'll do some internal pr0n, no sweat .
On the TW vs GBBR-both got it's pros, both got cons (in tw-the motor and electronic parts, in gbbr that is parts wear and gas consumption). Everyone his poison I suppose.

Used to love some beaty queen

No one can say you're wrong! Everyone is entitled to enjoy the hobby in the way they want.
But let me clarify my point. I like tinkering as much as the next guy, but there's a difference between tinkering because you want to and tinkering because you have to!!
Bless this post!
BTW. Stefanitsr how's your A&K PTW? Any major failures so far?
-
Much appreciated the review, the only thing left for me is to resist from gettin one for myself .
-
That's why I got myself a gbbr, love working with it, lubing, cleaning, adjusting, but still I have a aeg or two, just because of the reliability.
-
Depends on which cloned PTW. G&D ECU is aboout 33USD and motor 63USD, not so bad. On the other hand what is the point in switching one "sooner or later failing" part onto same "sooner or later failing part"? The way to go is to switch failing internals with the systema ptw parts.
Stark-Arms/VFC Glock 19
in Pistols (Gas)

Just to reassure myself. Can I use CO2 mags in regular Stark Glock 17/19 or does it require some love (if yes what parts are to be changed)? Anyone know where I can get a fully trademerked one except Airsoft Global (they're ripping on postal fees as hell).
