@Wingman he wants to run it on 11,1 Lipo, afaik G&P internal parts will not like it
.@Oshiha if you will run a lipo get a mosfet. Otherwise the trigger contacts will not last long.

Thanks for the review guys, you saved some innocent $$$ for being wasted for overpriced . Masada gearbox design was a failure, the PDR smells the same. And the body issues... my god, JG plastic body was more durable years ago.

A&K SR 25 has a freefloat RIS, so you must remove the gas block, gas tube and after that you will be able to unscrew the ring holding the ris and the upper.

When I put my Prometheus tbb (363 mm) on my KJW/TK the FPS went over 500 (510-515 as I recall, it was a sunny, quite warm day), but when (for learning purposes ofc) I put the vsr lenght tbb (also a Prometheus one) the gun was shooting crappy. Zero fps consistency, poor range. My advice is-do not fix, what ain't broken, use the quality tbb (Prometheus, KM Head) and quality bbs, but stick to dimensions, that Koba designed. He is a airsoft genius, so trust him

Guys, modding the tbb to fit this gun is really easy. Require basic tools and a little time.

Thanks Weekenny, I will look into this when I get my uppers back. Now that I know it should, I just have to figure out what the problem is on my end. The charging handle was stopping a few millimeters away from the charging handle lock point on the upper. I had to push it slightly to complete the lock up. I wonder if I have my bands on the bolt assembly correctly?
The biggest part of the problem was just my just accepting what it was doing without looking into it any further. I will clean, lube and check for any points of contact etc. that may be keeping the charging handle from closing all the way. Since both of mine are doing this, and they should not be, I must be doing something wrong in common with both in the way of lube, assembly etc. I am red faced, but it has to be operator error.
If you're running a V1 KJW/TK your problem might be the rubber belt not seating properly. The charging handle rocks back, but does not fully move forward. Used to have when I first disassembled and reassembled my gun.

I run like 7-8 mags (one is a constant troublemaker :/) and if there was a stanag conversion I would think about taking one. And if you could increase the mag cap (to at least 60bbs) that would be awesome!
Other thing that crossed my mind are spare lowers (with or without trades depending on the cost). The KJW lower is... well not the best quality. Same goes for charging handle-not the worse, but still quite fragile.

T_hum if you guys could do a drop in hop up that would work it would be golden. Stanag mags would be also cool.

The WE M4 comes with a magazine. Is it a gen 2 mag or gen 1?

Can anyone tell me what size are the screws in the flash hider and the buffer tube that covers the brass/gold inner tube? I can't get those two bad motherfingers removed with any of my hex keys. It would be a real pain if I had to drill these bastards to remove'em :/.
On the other hand what screw size would you guys recommend to do the tdm mod. Finally found secon-handed V1 M4 and was so excited about it I bought it, even thou the hop up was ###### (my last two KJW/TK hop was working as a charm).

I read in this topic, that it is possible to fit a real steel charging handle, it will need some grinding, but it is possible. Anyone did that and can show me a pic or two (or at least describe where to grind)? I would like to install vltor handle to increase bling bling factor, but if I had to grind down tle vltor logo there would be no bling

All true. Don't get me wrong guys. My question was more like theorycrafting. Like I wrote in my previous post, I did an experiment on my gas M4 and the result was... well, much more than I expected. I was just curious if same thing applies to KC-02. Waiting for more info on how much fps Mike_West squeezed.

Excuse me, are you insane?
Average stock ACM assault rifle clocks at 450FPS, so I'm affraid that to have that edge in range (making KC02 a quite decent marksman weapon) I would need like 600FPS (more less). That would be a hot shooting one, but still not the hottest I saw (spring action A&K SVD behemoth clocking aroun 695FPS). On the other hand I wonder how high yours will clock. Putting a 455mm Prometheus tightbore into my TK/KJW M4 gave me around 550FPS (sunny day, 20 deg. C), which was rather crazy for an assault rifle, so I installed the stock barrel back.

Any idea how to get this gun to shoot over 600FPS?

OK guys, the KJW/TK V2 is out for some time now. Can someone, who used it for longer period of time, do some round up? Is it still as reliable as V1? Is it still worth purchasing? I'm in a kinda split-would like the reliable gun (thinking go TK/KJW, which I used to have) or going WA way (those shiny shiny magpul/vltor mur receaver parts).

Ive actually found the plastic uppers to be quite nice in feel and heft. Not quite like the metal uppers but an acceptable substitute if you have an upper completely fail on you. I believe they will sell the plastic uppers to international customers.
On one hand the gun already looks like is made out of abs rather than metal, so if the ur would be plastic nobody would see the difference
. On the other if the uppers/lowers are going to be plastic I think I will pass.Getting to the next topic-how are your gen 2 bolts? Nothing wrong happening?
