It's a '72. Last year of the early baywindow body style but first year of the more powerful Type 4 pancake engine. I really love it. The bug is a '66 incase anyone was wondering.
Man Florida to Colorado... That must have been quite the adventure in a Volkswagen.

Love the umm.. bambo plant! Very tactical and offsets the camo netting the on the sniper rifle very well

You should have painted the whole gun. It looks kinda funky with the receiver and barrel black. Just my opinion though.

My work in progress 1966 Volkwagen Beetle. Me and my brother are completely restoring it. It's getting close to being finished.
This is it's current state, not a bad paint job for being done in your back yard
In the body work stage before paint a few months back,
It still needs the back window, also carpet and door panels for the interior.
And we need to put the engine back in.

I didn't follow it 100 percent, I just used the paint colors he suggested and kinda went on my own from there.

I also chopped the bolt down to be closer to what the real one is like
