Since May, I have made a concerted effort to post on Arnies. Now, if this post counts, I will hit the 100.
I am expecting fireworks, a fanfare and sparkly things to fall from the sky. A dancing girl will come in and present me with the key to the mythical land that are the arnies classifieds.
Or maybe not, lol

I've haven't ordered from them for awhile, but didn't have any issues, apart from it too about a week before they even shipped it. Maybe you got someone new! Or maybe it's a gun that they aren't allowed to export (deal with manufacturer)?

I had a model one of those when I was younger. My brother got an m16 model. We used to run around on my dad's golf course pretending to shoot the golfers. Don't think we'd get away with that today!

No rain, just started doing it after I refitted it to another gun. Worked fine for a bit then failed. Might be a short, haven't look at it since I had the problem (I had enough of working on it and put it away in disgust)

Sounds like the spectre it's toast. Mine has done that and it's going to be posted back for repair. One of my teammates had a similar thing with a recoil,spectre (mines a normal v2)

Yes and no. Parts are fabric, but it is rigid and the retention system is plastic.Have a look at this French review, gives the best indication of how it works, even if you can't read french. http://www.sniperland.net/bbforum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=7345. It may not be what you are after, but I've found it to be a good solution.

You could look at the warrior assault systems universal holster. I recently got one and it's great. It has a"proper" retention system, but the versatility to accommodate different pistols. Way better than a fabric holster.

On a "normal" v2 spectre, I had to put a bit of tape on the selector plate to ensure good contact on the micro switches, otherwise proper contact wasn't made and the modes didn't perform as expected. Same problem for you, but looks like the switch activates in a different way. A bit of DIY is needed on your part to work out where it's out of spec and see how to mod it.

Yes, the top slide is wider on the Tm and we. Mine fits in a clone serpa, but is tight. You can buy. A real steel one that does fit better supposedly, off the top,of my head it's for then glock 22

The thermal pic of blob face was taken by holding a basic digital camera to the viewfinder. Worked better and more tactically the second time, after I'd turned the flash off!

Looks good in there, have been pleased with the spectre in my g&g. Would imagine that & a sopmod is a winner! Just wish you could set the hydrid burst mode to have different burst rates. I found I was doing mostly double taps, so that would be my preferred option before it ramps up to full auto.
