eligibb Posted July 15, 2007 Report Share Posted July 15, 2007 just a honest question. with my brand new CA m249 MkII, im having problems getting batteries into the stock see here and i was talking to a friend of mine who owns a electronics shop and we were going through some ideas. some were having the batteries made custom so the cells sit 2x2+1x3 or 223, or having 3x2+1 where the +1 is attached via wire so it can sit loose in the stock. (all 3300, 8.4v's) however another idea he had, is that he has got a 4700, 8.4v (he can even get a 5200 8.4v, or either in 9.6v) and rig it up via a sat sling and have the battery in my webbing/pouch/on sling. just wondering if either anyone else has tried somthing like this or am i just nuts?
