Vest on Cover of "Making A Killing"

Hey, I have been reading a book called "Making A Killing" by Captain James Aashcroft, and I wanted to know if anyone can ID the kit thats on the cover.

I think it may be a Tactical Tailor vest.

I say this because I have seen those small pull tabs on the magpouches on TT triple M4 mag pouches,but they also used them for their double magpouches on their tacvests.

I would have to take another look at the book tonight.
