senom Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 things that havn't been said yet. now, i can't see in teh pic how the piston is meshing with teh gear, but it's possible that your gears could spin so fast through the part of the cycle when they have no load that they engage the piston in correctly... but that's unlikely. having a tiny chip of metal or something stuck in the gear teeth is more likely as far as electrical problems, mow long has that motor been in service? what shape are your battery connectors in? necro post master.
