Boxed as new.. has barely been used.. bought thinking it would get vast use, but was litterally taken out the box, charged once and did about 5-10 mins of filming, and hasnt been used since.. no scratches or marks at all. still with original box and evertything that came with it, including a 2gb memory card. more information on request and can provide pictures if needed.
