They are made from polystyrene so have no ballistic value whatsoever. They are however incredibly lightweight while providing the packing for your plate carrier. I have tried them in my 6094 and they fit perfectly. They are even slightly rounded to fit the contour of the human body better. Link to post Share on other sites
