I wear size large-long (actual Army Issue, I was in for a while...) which is Inseam: 32 1/2 to 35 1/2 In. Waist: 35 to 39 in. NATO Size: 8390/8999 check out www.rangerjoes.com they might have info on sizing. It's basically one of the best online surplus stores.
