ICS m4 G&P jungle m203 help

Hi folks need a bit of a hand here, I bought an I.C.S m4 R.I.S. in March and decided to put an m203 on it. I decided to go for the G&P jungle series short m203(barrel mounted version) as i heard it was fantastic quality.

 

The problem i have is the two supports at the D ring are too small for the slots on the m203 so the m203 has alot of movement. Also the barrel seems to be longer than a standard m4? as the barrel clamp that the front of the m4 doesn't have anything to rest against to there is movement there also.

 

Any ideas what i can do to alleviate the problem?

 

Once the m203 is on it won't be coming off again! Due to the ICS split gearbox design would i be right in saying soldering the m203 onto the supports of the D ring wouldn't cause any problems with getting into the internals if something went inside?

 

Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated.
