The new regulation has been commenced today September 18, 2008. Due to the nature of ACM products we may not able to obtain such document from the manufacturers so we have to temporarily remove the shipping method of 'UPS' from all France customers of RSOV.com to avoid any unnecessary lost and troubles until the situation is cleared. Customers in France please kindly choose shipping companies other than UPS such as post office, TNT as well as DHL for your order shipment at the moment and we will keep monitor the situation if it also apply to those courier companies. For those orders from France customers in the past few days we have held the shipment and individual emails will be sent asking for changing of shipping method.
