    Hello!

     

    So here is my quick review Flimmuur Tactical's Custom gear!

     

    I found out about Flimmuur Tactical via Arnies( I think via one of CKinnerly's posts.

    I decided to investigate further while  I was doing a bit of browsing for custom gear makers based in the UK  to get some decent pouches for my MP7 magazines.

     

    We discussed what designs would work and what material/camo pattern was needed and after sending over some measurements and Ideas we settled on the design seen below.

    The primary use for this setup will be CQB, so i wanted a pouch that held the mag tight but still offered a quick magazine change.

     

    The triple pouch is slightly bulkier than a regular pouch but it gives me the option to carry more pistol mags in a very accesible place.

  7. KSC/KWA MP7

    I had this problem recently on one of my kwa mags, probably because I dropped it/kicked it across tarmac when running to cover...oops.

     

    Disassembled it and found that there is a brass tube that pushes into the bottom of the base plate, which had worked loose presumably from the above impact. Put it all back together after pushing the brass tube back into place and no problems so far.

     

    Probably worth getting a good set of punches for the pins holding the mag together, makes it a really quick job.

    However, he did say that when we order extra magazines from him that he would include the WE produced steel bolt catch for free for those who have bought the pre-steel-bolt-catch version.

     

    Thats good news glad I ordered from AB now , just gotta wait for my next paycheck to get some mags ;) If I ever get the gun from customs that is...

    I ordered one through Airsoft Buddy a few weeks ago and nothing has turned up yet.

    I'd like to hear how long similar orders have taken to arrive to the UK and how much the customs charges were.

    I have ordered one from Airsoft Buddy too, they dispatched it really quickly and since its reached the Uk its been sat at customs ''pending charges'' according to the Parcel Farce website :( I had a similar wait though when I imported a Inokatsu '60.

     

     

     

    Not AB fault though, everything went smoothly at their end.

    Hi,

    Has anyone in the UK ordered from Airsoft Buddy and not recieved their gun yet?

    I ordered last friday and despite assurances that one had been posted i've not had a tracking number.

    I've emailed twice and had replies with promises of numbers but to no avail.

    I just want to share in the love!

    I ordered from airsoft buddy last week also, however my parcel is stuck at customs ''pending customs charging'' since the 12th :(

     

    I did get a tracking number via email, mine was posted well before this according to the tracking details.

     

    The anticipation is killing me!

    Im hoping the reinforced parts(bolt stop etc)and spare mags(spares for those would be nice too) appear soon,as I dont want mine ending up the same way..

     

    If they made a M16 /Car-15/E2 with 20rnd mags I would buy 10 of each. ;)

     

    Does anyone know what exactly is different in the WGC version with the lower fps? As I wont be able to use mine to skirmish with until I get the fps lower.(when I receive it)

     

    Also Jin/Lupus, is the hopup rubber just like a regular aeg one or specific?

    Mav- How are those KA shells? Ive thinking of getting some, do they perform ok? I have some G&P ones which needed the O rings replacing after 2 skirmishes :( are the KA ones any better?

    i cant believe people are getting arsey that it might not function like a real eotech.

     

    you do relaise this is a cheap chine clone, yes ? theres a reason a real one is much more expensive wink.gif be happy with the fact we've finally got a replica, with the right shape reticule, the right look, and the right price. and built properly.

    Its also slightly tilted towards the left when fitted to my CA m15a4...

     

    I might just be lucky, but it fits on my g&p receiver perfectly. Also you probably know you can adjust the brighness of the reticule? Mines bright enough when in most sunlight..

    Hey, mean_marine, I had the same problem with the pin on my G&P, and it was with a G&P Box!

     

    It went in most of the way but didn't line up the other side, this was solved by taking it all apart and inserting the pin at the start, rather than the end of the build. If you've tried that, then obviously scratch this.

     

    Tried that unfortunately :( I have installed other g&p bodies, with different gearboxes CA/g&p etc although havent really had this problem .

     

    I will fix it eventually though ;)
