    DOes anyone know where I can find an original part KSC bolt carrier? I'm a little exasperated after fruitlessly searching. A UK source would be best but anywhere in the world be do. My existing bolt carrier won't come apart- the grub screws won't unscrew! The ready fighter nozzle has crushed one of the springs. I'm fed up with th readyfighetr nozzle- dying to put the ksc back in.

     

    I can readily order a Bomber steel bolt carrier but from what I have gathered, they are likely to cause the receiver to crack- is this right?

    Steel bolt + high flow floating valve(rocket valve) + green gas = receiver crack

    I tried the Bomber Aluminum. In my case, I found that there is some mis-measurement when they manufacture it. So it won't cycle smoothly (actually the bolt carrier stuck).

     

    About the RF nozzle that crush your spring did you do step 2 in the diagram below?

    I use RF loding nozzle in both my KWA and KWS MP7 and there is no-problem so far. May be because I cut my own nozzle retention spring they hold better than the stocked/RF spring.

    Awesome Pictures!

    Thinking about getting a guarder slide for the G18c. Now is installs the parts and fitting good, or do you need to do some work to fit the lower part of the pistol?

    My G18c slide is made by Shooter Design not by Guarder, pretty much just a swap over. While my G17 is fitted with a Guarder slide, it need some minor work on the hammer and nozzle base for the slide to move smoothly. Once I also fitted a PGC metal slide for a friends G18c also easy to install. By the way, I don't know about guarder or SD but PGC slide will fit in a blackhawk! G17/18 serpa holster.

    Over the weekend I just spent most of my time swapping parts between my G18 and G17, I have to said that Marui glock is quite a modding friendly gun. I picked up this guarder slide and marui g17 because the hammer of my 18c is cracked (I blame the 150% hammer spring ) and I urgently need a gun for the upcoming CQB season. Although my G18c still shoots, but eventually I will have to replace the hammer. Anyone can recommend a place to order replacement marui parts?

    BTW, Anyone up for a group order for these drop-in tritium night sights? I tested them and they works out pretty well, not super bright in the dark so your opponent can find you but clearly visible in the dark at the same time.

    What´s the best uppgrades for a MP7? My Boltcatch has failed to work. will a new bolt help?

    Did you examine your bolt?

    Did this bit(red arrow) of your bolt worn out(become thinner)?

    Guys, just a heads up.

    I received a report about the combination of "steel bolt + RA-tech NPAS" may lead to breaking/deformation of the mp7 body. Tell all your friend who have a mp7 about this before it is too late.

    Fantastic performance all round, however...bad news.

    After finally getting a sling that fitted the teeny tiny sling loops on the MP7, about 2hrs before the end of the day, I noticed my gun was moving a tad free from the sling:

    I tried it on the other side, 30 seconds later:

    Since 50 pages are a tad too much for me to stride through, might i rely on your expertise? I am aiming for the KWA Umarex one, since if i'm going full realism, i might as well go full trades aswell. Now questions..

     

    1) Are there any sizable differences between the KWA/KSC Taiwan one? (I know the KSC Japan is lower FPS and should have more QC, and higher price ofc..but in my experience.. i'd rather not, so that's why it's not in the running)

    2) Any way to increase the recoil? (note i'm fresh-faced in the GBBR field) A decent list of upgrades and reliability fixes needed to do this?

    3) I heard something about 50 rounds mags compared to the 40 round ones?

    4) Any problems off the bat that i will have and need fixing in the KWA/Umarex?

    5) Anything else i'll need to know?

    for Q2, you could try to mod the Steel bolt carrier (for japan version) to fit in the KWA MP7

    Anyone managed to get a silencer onto their MP7? Marui thread adaptors don't seem to work on the KSC MP7 (CCW vs CW).

    there you go, here is the production type RF silencer adapter, I know the silencer is not a 4.6mm type. Let's just all wait for dytac to make us a proper one.

    RF nozzle is not compatible with KSC "Taiwan" Version or any other version. It is only compatible with the "Japanese" version

    Actually, they have 2 version for both Japan and KWA/Taiwan. Japdn version have a green paking and Kwa ver. have a kahki packing.

     

    why are people cursing about not being able to replace the KWA nozzle with a readyfighter? It's only the KSC japan model that has the weak cylinder.

    "Two is one and one is none", it's always good to have a back up replacement parts, may be this is what the RF guys think. However I agree that KWA MP7 is actually a very good GBB out of the box.
