pretty much, its a RMW akms carbine base. When I bought that I had bought an ak74 barrel with it. Just cut the barrel down to the righ size and trimmed some meat off the end of it so the flashider would fit on it.

this is as close as my pocket book is gonna let me get to my yugo m92. freakin love it though. dont worry, I know the front sight, rear sight hindge block, reciever cover and rear sight is all wrong. even the pistol grip. but I like it. Ill try to make it more legit in the future.

a real steel pistol grip wont fit, too thin. also the real reciever cover is too short and leaves a gap between the front site block and the cover. they do make similar parts that are made for airsoft though.

too bad they ended that show so fast. definitly was one of my favorites. Mr Foxhound, if you ever want to trade that ak47 sling for a real romanian leather sling let me know, I got an extra.

ak104's are chambered for the 7.62 rounds so a pbs-1 would be perfect for it.

yeah there real handguards, ive been tinkering with em for a while. Keep stripping them and re shellacing them. finally got the right mixture of tint and shellac. those handguards were bare wood yesterday. they came with a nice finish on them but I couldnt help myself. I got em from http://tantal.kalashnikov.guns.ru/ they were ruffly 100bucks.

mainly a close up on the lower foregrip and the fron trunion removed. i want to see what it would take to put yugo handguards on it. i also would like to see the barrel sizeand if it matches the standard tm barrel diameter.

anyone have pics of the cyma ak74su fully dissasembled? I need some good close up pics of the front end fully taken apart.

the vfc aks74 and ak74su both have 24mm to 14mm adapters. the vfc pbs-5 is 24mm and will work for both. the pbs-1 are 14mm but some come with a 14mm - 22mm adapters. the ak47 and akms have 14mm while I believe but not possitive the ak105's are 22mm. I could be wrong though.

Thants because you did a kick *albartroth* job on yours. only thing that throse it off really is the pistol grips and trigger guard. I do have a job, pretty low paying. Plus I got a 10 month old monster and a pregnant wife who doesnt work. I usually build one for my birthday and one for christmas.

doesnt need the upgrade. it already shoots 400+ out of the box and gunner isnt the best for upgrades from what I read.

i think your right too. the yugo m92's had the 26mm I think

24mm or 26mm for the ak74's while the ak47 and akm are 14mm
