  1. You can always just look at the trigger guard...a full-size USP has an straight "angled" trigger guard while the

Compacts all have "hook" ones for your support index finger.

Not all Compacts have bobbed hammers, usually the DAO versions have it as standard, but then they'd have no need for a control lever...

Also there are different mag baseplates depending on the market etc. You can get a few different types: flat, shelf-type, jet-funnel (Elites).

And if the pic is clear enough it should read "Compact" on the slide  :P

Now if anyone could get hold of an airsoft USP45 Compact Tactical, I'd be impressed... ;)

Heres the real fullsize USP, dunno if this helps to compare the trigger guard or not

  2. not USPC its full size I think and if you take a look at the last picture of Di Caprio, its a USPC with a bobbed hammer

It's hard to tell due to the magazine plate but it does kinda look like a compact like you mentioned, all the south afrikan mercenarys however are carrying what appear to be full size USP's (which the black kid picks up after they are shot) however it doesn't make sense that if Dicaprio was able to swap magazines from his compact with a fullsize USP, I didn't think they were interchangeable?

  3. Pillman, I was under the impression airsoft was illegal in Israel, is this not the case?

I'm duel citizenship, I keep my airsoft items in the US. Airsoft is not illegal in Israel however it is illegal to manufacture or possess airsoft guns in Israel. There are plenty of places in Tel Aviv and Ashdod that rent tokyo marui and classic army guns.

  4. Real USP, note it says Alabama however many of the older USP's do infact say Sterling, VA. Serial number blurred

  5. Got my real USP today, I did a side by side comparison with my airsoft USP. They look pretty identical with some markings being different.

The real USP is on the right in this photo, the airsoft version is on the left

  6. I purchased a real steel USP, I get it thursday. I can take side by side pictures of the real thing next to my KSC version, small differences but they look pretty identical. In the meantime, ignore my finger on the trigger of my KSC version, old picture when it first came out :-P

  7. It goes over the barrel nut thread.

It means stowing the nut on you if you equip the silencer in-game as without one or the other the barrel drops out. Still, looks pretty badass.

Is that the tokyo marui version? Any chance that silencer would fit on the KWC mini uzi?

  8. Pilman, tell me how that IDF vest works out for you. I've been looking in to getting one for a while now. :)

It seems to be pretty comfortable especially in the heat, plenty of pouches and it's definitely good while in the prone position. It works well while crawling too. You can adjust the shoulder straps from the pouches too and the things built like a rock so no worrys beating the ###### out of the thing. I'd say the only downside is the vest isn't actually modular (most IDF custom build their vests and sew on pouches) other than that it's definitely an overlooked vest though it definitely ranks up there with the higher end stuff.

  9. Long Range Barrel

It's a way of creating backspin without hop.  They're commonly used in Classics where you can't fit an actual hop up unit inside.

Yes I'm going to have Sniper install an LRB in mine, he said they were custom fitted to the gun. Get range of about 300 feet.

I shot my L85 w/ asahi internals for the first time sunday. My god that things amazing, the sound. Lets just put it this way videos cannot describe the sound and feel of a classic, they actually appear much weaker and don't sound as good in video. When your in a game you definitely can tell the unique sound of a classic and the realism. Amazing how fast they shoot too full auto. I was running about 80 PSI into mine.
