Yup those are gen 1 mags alright. I'd use it for 134a only if I still have them, all 3 of my gen 1 mags are gonners.

L33, can you verify if there is no spacer under the rubber seal by removing the mag lip?

but the spacer prevents the bolt from travelling too far back the buffer tube

Same with an M4 buffer without the spacer your bolt will get stuck in the buffer tube.

I remember that project of yours and was thinking of making one myself. Unfortunately I can't take my gun out before May so I guess we can't test the TS-19 with your home brew non-rotating op-rod.

I'm using GG and I average at 375 fps on 0.3g.
My initial testing with 2 mag fills only, first shot with full gas at 415 fps and leveled of at 375 ave. after about 5 shots with 10 sec interval I can get a deviation as small as 0.5 fps with a few 10 fps deviations once in a while. Rapid firing I guess would yield maximum deviations of around 20 fps, but not really sure since my chrono can't reset as fast as my trigger finger.

It was the same reason I got the CO2 kit I thought it will give me better consistency. Now talking about muzzle velocity consitency I just got myself a TSC loading nozzle TS-19 and it does work very well.

mnmc, maybe we can modify the pin by rounding off the top portion instead of cutting it diagonal. In addition to the pin I have a small rubber pad (cut from a spare AEG piston head o-ring) under the pin so the arrangement goes like this; from the top - pin, small rubber pad and hop-up rubber.
I get better results than stock set-up but I still need a few more adjustment to come to upgraded AEG precision standard.

I see, I do have an all TSC trigger group and I do get an intermittent un-commanded discharge in semi when I release the trigger just after a shot. I thought the trigger to hammer contact surface is too small to catch the hammer after the semi auto sear is released.
I'll try doing that and see if it will help. thanks
HFC22, nice to see you here and thanks to your magazine work I have a leak free GG mags. I also tried sanding my black v.2 hop up rubber but I still need to do some test.

Then for the semi-auto sear you will need to modify the contact surface to make semi-auto reliable.
Can you elaborate the modification on the contact surface pictures would really help, thanks

Your trigger and/or hammer is already worn out, happened to mine too switched to TSC steel trigger group.

Nice Magpul MPLA billet lowers but why sell it with an upper that is just like the stock one? Would have been cheaper if they were available as a lower only.
And it would have been alot cooler if they came up with Series A MPLA with the ambi bolt release and the "china doll" Series C lower.

if TSC or other aftermarket companies can come out with steel ambi-selector switch that would be awesome, hope that they can look into this...
I broke mine as well and I was in the same situation with you on AB so I bought an ambi selector for the WA platform, I had to file down the diameter since its bigger and will not fit into the hole of the WE lower. It works for safe and semi but no auto. The detent for the click stops also will not align with the ambi selector. At least I can use my gun at the moment until an ambi selector for the WE comes out.

If I remember it right, there was a company before that can convert a PTW into a GBBr it was LA Company i believe. I am not sure if they were related to AFC who designed the WE platform.

Is it a whole upper with an integrated rail?
The monolithic upper is the VIS that MUR is only an upper.

Can anyone say that the TSC Hammer and sear are worth buying, my stock hammer, trigger and semi-sear are all worn the gun can still fire but double taps in semi and non-stop full auto. I got about 6000+ cycles to it I just wanna be sure that the TSC one will last longer than the WE parts.

I just bought a couple CO2 mags and I am in the process of looking for leaks, I installed the capsules last night and gas is still there this morning so far so good.
