Ah! That's happy in it's new home, I can safely say. Although I had nowhere in my house to store it, so it was in the back of my car for a few days wrapped up, before it got to its new owner.

The tiger looks quite peaceful, I'd have been hunting the chickens, you could have had a meal or three out of them.
Seraphim989, nice load out there. What knee pads are those and, more importantly how well do they work? Do they keep slipping down?

It's a TM, painted black, with custom grips made from White Oak, and an 'O' ring hammer. Nothing fantastically special, but I think it works.

Also, I'm getting rid of a lot of my German gear. Got a flakvest/KHS Intervention Mesh Rig/G36 and stuff, if any of you lot are interested.
What's the Intervention vest like? Looking at getting one myself. I'm struggling to find a complete list of all the pouches that are on it.

It's a little something I knocked up whilst reading Marvel Zombies vs The Army of Darkness. I may try making one of these based on a G3RAS, just gotta work out whereto put the battery and how to fit a clubfoot to it. Thoughts?

Does anybody have any experience with the Kings Arms 110 round magazines? I'm looking at fleshing out things a little, but don't really want to splash the cash if they're gonna be a PITA.

The full length one might not work, because it uses a piece on the front to sort of secure everything in place. That said, I had mine off the other day, and it seemed pretty secure without it back on, but I wouldn't like to guarantee it.

why would u want replica 7.62 round if u will never have that kinda range in airsoft?

It comes down to your personal preference, and as you said, situation. My kit is set up for 7.62 (G3 ftw), and while my mags aren't cross compatible, the rigging is.
As for what "mags ur teamate has", I've never been so low on ammo that I've had to blag a mag.
And personally, I just don't like the 5.56 magazines.

GAH! All these SCAR's are sooo cool. Can't make my choice between SCAR H and SCAR L.
That's easy to work out: H is for men whilst L is women and little girls.
I do want, but can't justify it atm.

*Fhrillie suit is my name for the Tactical Individual Concealment Suit (TICS) that I use when sniping, it's apparently in use with some British snipers.

Thanks, that was what I was aiming for. I've got some Krylon on the way, so it'll get a coat of that to protect it up nicely. Then in a fortnight I get my hands on my SD front end and my MC51, finally! They've been with my mate/shop for weeks now, just haven't had chance to pick them up (haven't had chance to play either, so not in a hurry).

The G3 'SAS' is a completely different deck of cards, thats the shorty one with an MP5 'k' front end, in that case it would depend on the length of the silencer. However he is talking about the G3 'SBS', the G3 with an MP5 'SD' front end fitted, which has a standardised length to the silencer, providing its not customised with an after market one.
Which means he wants to know the length of a barrel that will stretch from the rear end of the magwell in a G3 right up to the very end of an MP5SD front end.

Quick question: What's the longest length barrel that would fit in a G3 SBS, assuming that you go right to the end of the silencer?
