Jim and I were just messing around with the G18C shooting like... with a REALLY weak grip. Like in saving private ryan, the final retard vs tank scene.

    But on full auto...

I guess jimmy held on to the trigger a little too much. :P

  2. no man...

stay with your phoney hollywood chinese accent! it's hilarious man. :D

This is like one hell of a geeky gathering!

edit: my first time using TS, glad I joined the channel. Had quick chat about AG-HK with bronney and Rizzo. I think we can pull this off with the right people, and so far it seems we may do.

But I hope more people come onto TS over the next few days to have a chat or just to try out TS.

I think we need some sort of a planned meetings on TS - e.g. 2000 British Sumer time - to avoid joining a channel when there're only 2-3 people about, as that would slowly but surely kill the AATS.

  3. Arnie's supercomputer character assessments - the leadership race etc... :D i.e. no kiddies

no wonder why the forum is this much better after the donations of the holics.

basically - rhino can spell and can behave in a mature way when required.

And as Arnie pointed out, Rhino is a frequent forum user.

  4. hey congrats rhino... I'm a bit slow nowadays on this forum...

got to let jim do some studying and assignments. as he has an education to complete.

    Sid - I feel I must agree.

I admin another (unrelated) forum and, TBH, I dread even going there now. I'm seriously considering jacking it in. Babysitting a bunch of freaks and retards on an internet forum is a thankless and unrewarding task once the brief feeling of power fades away.

I go to a chinese guitar forum ting once in a while. And suffice to say, any more reading on that site my eyes will start bleeding like Marlowe's. ;)

    amongst other problems...

  5. hey vicks... now... i got a kinda childish question to ask.

Are those things just forlooks or can they take a bash or two?

I'd hate to pay £200 or however much they cost for a pair and break them the minute I get them out the box. :P

as said before, I really should stick to bamboo sticks

  6. well that's interesting. :)

    cheers.

well, I was just day dreaming of a see-through fiber-glass shinai with a LED tube thingymabob inside it.

Fiber-glass shinais last decades anyway... at least the ones I've seen.

I could imagine the shake from plastics to be more... bouncy, than the hard rigid shock from Red-Oak Bokkens or budget shinais.

anywho... I've no money for this kind of toy.

    *goes back to wave bamboo*

  7. I'm getting two, one for me bro

myg0T. those things look so good, and I'm not even a star wars fan...

must get a shinai company to make a see through fiber glass shinai with them light tubes inside.

    *drools....*

    heh.

Are they like... durable? I mean can you knock them about without breaking them?

  8. yay...

<--- lol... I'm from the maldives!!! *puta sandle-clad feet up*

arnie... please make me... erm.. us I mean... I tropical drink-avatar... please... :P with them umbrella things on it?

I'm not in the Maldives really...

  9. hehe billy :P

On the subject of negative reputation ... GeneralSweetpants, I thought he was banned? He seems to be back and was active on the 25th :S

some forums ban members for only a certain time. A sort of a sin-bin time or whatever you call it in ice hockey... and other sports. Once the time is over you're back on like a regular user.

  10. Smith and Wesson knives are a good place to look.

The swat series are what you're looking for. Only bit short-bladed 9.5cm.

Extrema Ratio *gucci gear alert!* do some brilliant folders if you're a knife collector. 9cm-11cm blades for the folders.

Ay... ER knives aare one of the most durable small-medium sized knives out there...

  12. well I know SimulArm make training weapons and they make knives etc. Don't know if they make Ka-Bar types.

*hands H_M USMC catalogue... only to be shooed away by everyone else*

Solo : do you have any Italian made blades? Stiletto type stabbers?

    Soloman: Sykes only cost £25-30

  13. Lot of work for the admin team, though...

    :zorro:

You'd either need a team of mods doing nothing else, or the system would fall apart.

not really... just say... "Please allow 28 dys for delivery... etc" lol

or you can "pay" for "express delivery" in which case you simply donate to Arnie's website costs and have your rep point approved. *say a minimum of... a tenner or US$20*

    you know...

  14. asso you didn't just stereotype billions of people did you?

I mean you're not a stereotyping racist are you, *albatross*?

    you better not be, asso.

And please criticise in a constructive manner, with at least SOME intellect unlike the other people who can't spell.

*Gets into stance with previously said polearm barbed spell checker*

  15. Arnie I thought you'd never bring this up!

    :D

    All I can say is:

    A fooking Men!!!

English is my 3rd language and I never have serious problems with my spelling, punctuation or grammar... If I do I make an effort to correct myself.

So what's so hard in using spell check regularly to "combat" dyslexia?

*brings out the barbed spell checker, now attached to a pole*
