  1. Yep it's real, but I got a good deal on it. There are actually a few on ebay for fairly decent prices. I got mine locally.

And yeah I am aiming for A'stan SF loadout. ;)

That's cool man, I also got my Desert ELCS, but not the whole kit.

  2. Nah. Just take multiple shots at different exposure settings, then combine those images in an HDR software (of course tweak to your delight) and add a bit of hue/saturation per channel, play with curves or levels for contrast, maybe a little sharpening afterwards. Whew!

  3. scoob: nice trijicon. like it?

The dot's glow isn't too bright. I have to use the polarizing filter to darken the lens to get more contrast. My replica KA aimpoint is brighter even on the lowest setting. I guess that's the difference with a scope using batteries and one that doesn't.

Yeh Navymp. Someone's gotta make those Troys! It's been long overdue. The EBR's been around 2 years now.

  4. It's very heavy at that full setup (over 12 lbs). Without batts, bb's, sling, and accessories, it's at 9 lbs. There's really no gaming advantage with it. Since, it's my only gun, I have no choice but to haul it.

  5. we're sorry it ruined the look for you. lol.

anyway, it's purpose as I see it is for sniping / dmr. you won't need balance that much when there's a bipod, vert grip,a huge long range heavy weight day/night optics on it, plus some IR designators and flashlights , and oh you can mount NVG on it as well. try doing that with the old wooden m14 :D
