  1. Eizen I believe that's the Mk18 GL/SSC variant (grenade launcher/sound suppressor compatible) - none were mass produced for retail sale. I could be wrong though, but from what I've heard the standard Mk18 RIS II won't fit a barrel mounted M203.

Good catch azn. This thread, with excellent pics, makes for interesting reading. http://www.weaponevolution.com/forum/showthread.php?241-Daniel-Defense-RIS-II-A-Brief-History

Thanks for the heads up. Excellent info indeed.

  2. The GEN3 pads breath a lot better. Of course those won't stop sweating completely, but it helps. Pads should be available from Crye in January along other gen3 stuff, so I wouldn't waste my money on ebay.

Also binarypunisher, very cool and lightweight looking setup you got there. I wouldn't mind a kitlist. I supposed that the setup isn't really based up on pictures or anything like that?

  3. Damn nice rifles everyone. Wish I could source one of those 12" MK18 rails Kojak.. Those seem to be out of stock everywhere.

Btw, has anyone had his delta ring destroyed when tightening a Madbull's DD Omega rail? Wondering if I need a special one..

  4. KJW should be TM compatible, magazine should be at least. Mixing brand parts will probably have the same issues as always, in theory they should work but in practice it might need some troubleshooting....

I have a KJW 1911 (CO2 ver) and I can fit tm compatible mags (Army), but some internal parts are a bit different to other TM compatible parts, nothing a bit of filing cant solve though

    Thanks guys. Much appreciated.

  5. Thanks guys!

Embarassing mistakes with the EMT stuff but I was quite aware that those would happen.

How do you like the Blackhawk SOF pack?

Comfortable, quite simple compared to the LBT pack that my friend has. Holds everything what I need, but if you need to carry _a lot of stuff_ I would suggest another pack. Also I picked it up dirt cheap on ebay. Pockets are well organized .

  6. Pararescue impression, like 2008-2009 @Afganistan

Also Michael Yon's "Pedros" - great source

Due to lack of blackhawks we're just patrolling around. The pics with "patient" are highly unrealistic, but we just wanted to show off the medical gear. We have zero education on medical gear, so we wanted to keep that in limit.

    Also your questions:

In the quad pistol pouches I have a multitool, flashlight and pens, one pouch is empty. The triple shingle will have 2 M9 mags in future, _if_ I decide to purchase one (I love my G19). Electrical tape is indeed a "nice-to-have" -item. If I am not using it, someone wants to borrow it. White things are indeed chemlights.

Gloves are generic Mechanix M-pact ones.

Pkekyo-Nor: That's how I roll. I'm not a fan of admin pouches. With quad it's much more simple to find what you are looking for.

Also, pics in Multicam in future!

  7. Well here it is. Finished.

Some cheap spray paint I found from local market. Khaki-ish, brown and black. First I painted it in khaki, then added brown there and there. Then I sprayed black from far distance.
