  1. The issue I have with mine is it's very loud, I had a G&G which was much quieter , another issue is mags dropping out and no am not hitting the release.

Saying that mine was one of the early versions when it was just released. My kwa m4 out ranges it too

  2. Guys I have read through, a never ending page after page, and I have not seen, much talk about the mags, Other than I like or dislike the thermold finish.

I would not care if they are Pink with Love Hearts, as long as they don't LEAK !!

I have a WA System, no upgrades can fix the BIGGEST PROBLEM with that system, I could spend £1000 on a CNC Bolt and its still useless as the Mags LEAK !!

DO THE KJW MAGS LEAK..... EVEN a little ????

(People gloss over this fact with WE & WA Systems, and I do not know how it does not brother them, All I want is a Mag, that I can fill with gas, put in my vest and in 1,2,3,4 Hours when I go to change, all the GAS I put in the mag is STILL BLOODY THERE)

On a side Point, KWA stuff are great quaility, I have one of the KWA M4, I fitted a Systema Turbo Motor, TM Hop Rubber and Madbull v2 Tightbore, and it kills me, as there is nothing I can do to improve it. Which for Airsoft, is unheard off. It is really that good!! (I own 18 AEG, 2 GBB units) The rest, well I could spend Millions improving them lol !! My point? If there M4 GBB is anywere near their AEG M4, it will be a very interesting buy (provided the Mags don't leak :D

  3. How does the recoil compare? , Is it even noticeable ? I have a m4 GBB and the recoil is nothing to write home about.

Really think if the Recoil is 1/2 that of a GBB, it would be a better choice, GBB can't even been improved (I know their are lots of upgrade pats, but whats the point???

All the Mags are completey useless Its like spending lots of money upgrading an AEG and not being able to buy working Batterys for it. They are the most important part and no Manufactor can make ones that don't leak. You can buy as many as you want, but when your playing Airsoft, The ones in your vest are leaking out their gas, so when you go for a mag change, they empty and you can't use them.

  4. The SCAR mags are (almost) the same as the M4 mags. So I can tell you that before it was hit or miss. I bought "SCAR" mags for my WE M4, got the Oring out of the top and use them without problem or leaks (I've got 5 of them in the meanwhile) My original mag though is leaky as hell and even after extensive use of lithium grease, it keeps leaking... Great for spare parts though

Thanks for the honest reply. That puts me off straight away, Leaking mags, surely they can make a mag that does not leak, I mean, its not like its made from lightweight, fine materials, and are small light weight objects ie the size of a match box, they are bloody great big, .75kg lumps of metal that can't hold what lynx's cans have held for years GAS.

What about the CO2 mags, do they also leak?

  5. Guys I have the WA system M4, and well have not used it outside as all the WA Mags are ###### poor, I have 5 at home, that Would have leaked all their Gas while sitting in my vest, waiting to be used at a game.

I like the Idea & I like the SCAR, whats the mags like

  6. I tried adjusting the screw with the Dboys bottom plate and didnt matter how high or low it was, the sound was the same, now I installed the stock one and the sound is the same :S weid, I will put some tape when I have some time and see if it secures the motor better and maybe dampers a bit the sound as the hollowwe grip may be working as a resonance box...

It looks wicked with the HK416 grip :D

The noise, is becase the motor is slightly low. And the gears are incorrectly aligend, Your ongoing use in this condtion has damaged either the Pinion or the bevel gear, possibility Both.

The noise will contuine until these parts are repacted and when you refit them, insure you put a little gease on the new Pinion, and only use semi when testing.

  7. They are one of the best for the price if you have access to a file, grease, and hard work. :D

    EDIT:Oh, and also patience.

Although there are some reports of it working straight out of the box.

I take it they are a tight fit. I had to work the inside of my mag well any way, as my AGM mags would go in and not come out.

Being trying to find a review, but can't find any. Do they leak and hows cool down on Full auto

  8. Ok guys I bought into the AGM right at the start, however quickly give up and its been in its box for months- The reasons was down to useless mags & after reviewing the other makes, they all appeared seriously flawed.

Ok my question...... Has the Pro win fixed this? I got 4 AGM mags v1 & v2 all leaked like mad, The GHK & bombers were getting mixed reviews and at £50 a pop and needing fixed from new. I left it, But the Idea of a working GGB M4 still appeals

Whats the thought on the pro win's for the AGM, any good

  9. My only points of concern are the metal non-ported piston head and the potential for needing to re-crimp the motor connectors. The motor connector thing is no big deal at all, but you'd think after going through all that trouble to reinforce the front of the gearbox to prevent shell breakages they would have had enough sense to use a polycarbonate ported piston head instead of a metal one that would pose greater risk of cracking the gearbox shell over time. Ah well, might just have to replace it with a G&P explosive piston head at some point if I get too concerned about it.

Over at the KWA formus their is a very detailed reason from KWA why they use the Metal Piston head, Like you too I had considered changing it. But after reading the engineering reports from KWA cheif designer the use of a Metal Piston head offers much more benefits that a polycarbonate version. To quote their cheif engineer if a polycaronate piston head was better than the Metal version it would have been fitted as standard, But in tests the metal version the best.

  10. Really need some help please.

I got the AGM when they first came out, as I wanted to try the new GBB experience.

However I got left with a sour taste, mostly about the mags, the one that came with my M4 failed on the first day, I then shelled out £100 for another 3 new AGM V2 which all leak like mad.

Which Mags should I get GHK?

Also the white part on my bolt cracked after a few shots or poss was shipped cracked, Will this part below fit, to allow me a straight swap?

    http://www.ebairsoft.com/complete-bolt-car...ure-p-2624.html

Also I had the dripping BB problem, at the time a number of guys on here had spend shed loads on new hop up units that didn't fit or work. Is there one that does the job?

    for example

    http://www.ebairsoft.com/barrel-guide-barrel-p-2587.html

Does this work? As I really like Mad Bull v2 on all my AEG or will it be a waste of money.

    Any help, would be great.

  11.

No idea. I haven't tried em.

Oddly enough, loads of people claim to have bought them and the main thing they say is that they're lighter. Which we already know.

Nobody seems keen to say whether the V2 mags work the bolt catch properly.

I'm guessing that's cos it'd mean admitting it didn't work properly to begin with.

Bolt catch works fine on the MKII, about 90% of the time, However as I have said a number of times, stay clear of the MKII's they leak like mad.

  12. Might let my AGM 61 type & 3 MkII mags go (its standard no mods done, expect for the inside of the mag well to allow mags to fit without a fight, No major marks or damage, works fine), if any one is interested pm me

  13. EAC 40rd GAS Magazine for WA M4 Series GBB $29.99

Looking at a upscaled photo of these and comparing them with the AGM MkII that I have here, they are a 100% match, down to the very last pin.

For the Record the AGM MkII mags are rubbish

  14. ''RA tech hop unit fits, the issue is getting clearance for the hop actuating arm so that it doesnt permanently over-hop''

Thanks for the information... I think this is just unacceptable, Why can't companies make their airsoft products correctly. If some one is going to pay.. £50 for what is a small piece of plastic and metal, then surely this small piece of over priced materials should at least do the job.

I mean this relates to all airsoft items, the quaility is just shocking. I mean look at the wa/we M4 these range from £300 - £500 and they don't work correctly out of the box, but we should accept this........!!!

Thats like your new £500 I Phone is great, but to text you need a new key pad, to look at pics you need a new screen and to switch it on you need a new battery, which costs another £100 but won't fit!

  15. Redwolf Stocks them...

Does any one know if the G&P or the R Tech Hop up fits.

Any one tried the bomber mags or the GHK mags, whats your views any of them not leak........?

  16. Has any one figured out a way to get the AGM mags to stop leaking yet? All of mine seem to lead from the top

Mine needs, a new hob, new bolt and the 4 mags I have all leak baldy and I have just decided I like the GGB favour of Airsoft However am going to bin my AGM, I was adding up the cost of parts to upgrade the AGM and It costs more than a Brand new WE Scar... So well I just ordered the SCAR.

  17. just out of curiosity why hasnt putting the gas resovoir in the stock caught on?

it would have a much larger capacity and probably lessen the cooldown effect.

It would be good if the stock was a crane stock and like an AEG Crane stock, Two large CO2 screwed it just like the battery fits in one. This would give great fire power and very little cool down. There would be a number of issue to overcome to make such a system to work, First it how to the feed the gas, down the stock tube with recoil buffer, but it could be done, by reducing the size of the buffer or making the stock tube a little bit bigger.

Then the stock, well it is likely that it would have to be fixed not adjustable, as this would effect the Gas tubes etc, But it could be done. A well made GGB with the gas in the crane stock and able to use standard AEG mags and hop up systems !!! How good would that be

  18. I got a few more bits from ebaybanned today.

The aluminium speed buffer is actually a hard recoil buffer, it is very well made, the same length as the AGM factory fitted buffer and it has a loose weight inside it to increase recoil, it actually works quite nicely.

Hi am quite interested in the hard recoil buffer, does it make much difference, should we be worried about it damaging or causing serious wear to the bolt carrier?

  19. Guys am looking a replacement drop in bolt set (ie bolt & carrier) , one that fits and works out of the box..... any sugguestions?

Also any rumours about a Co2 Mag for the Wa range any time soon?
