I neve really thought how the MEU would look with wood grips, but I have to say I like yours Empty. Fireknife, I have a Detonics safety, has a bit of wear on it, but with a bit of Krylon would look smart. If you want to do a swap for a standard safety let me know.

I logged on last night to check my PM's & noticed a freind of mine ' chris u'5 ' was in my list as a 'deleted user'. I have just emailed me and he tells me he cant login. Can anyone confirm why this is, have any other members been removed by accident? He had alot of great posts too but chances are they are gone now too. This has happened to my nineball guide rod too, I like the look of the Nova guide Rod, looks abit more sturdy. May give that ago next.

there are a few TINY details that arent 100% MARSOC, but im dont spending money on things i dont really care about for the sake of minute ######. it has the general look of the MARSOC, which is what i wanted, and it is very functional.

Mine does mate, its on the other side of the pistol. It has warrior in small writing on the side taken in the photos, just under the ejection port.

Was dreading having to do any sanding or modding to get it on but luckily i didnt have to as it fitted like a glove. Also replaced the standard hammer with an X-fire delta hammer
heres a better pic.
Looks brilliant mate, glade you liked the frame. Thats ths same configuration I had set up when I was using it.

My abbey predator gas works fine with it. I have a WA Wilson combat which I do need the extension for but the MEU will gas off any normal can

how recessed is the fill valve on the TM MEUs? I used to have a WA Wilson, who's mags were an utter pain to gas up!
Only a tiny bit mate. bout 3-4mm of casing before the valve starts

hehe thanks Solid Snake. Would be good to see the pics if not describe what you did. i know mine isnt a replica but its how Id like mine to look. Still fot to find a nice custom trigger. I was going to build a pair but thought Id start another project. Maybe sometime down the line.
I gotta say the performance and blowback of the WA's are great but my kimber is a beast, but when you consider the cost of the upgrate its nearly into the £400 bracket. But oh so worth it to help my 1911 fetish hehehe.

Hi All, Thought it was about time I put some of my collection on here.
My ongoing project, standart TM 1911-a1 apart from hammer, ambi safety, Tanoi Koba outer barrel and tightened inner barrel. If anyone has a spare slide stop for a tm Id buy it off you. Not sure what frame to go for yet, maybe a PGC Delta or a Nova springfield.
My punisher TM1911-A1 has PDI Delta hammer, PGC Frame kit, Nash Compensator & Punisher grips. Bit of a fun project for me.
