Well, I may have misunderstood what he was asking, but my hatch operators do not keep my hands dry. (e.g.- "waterproof")

 

If he was asking if the gloves disintegrate when exposed to water, the answer is no, and they dissipate moisture quite well. (Ideal for overly sweaty hands and/or desert/hot climates.)

Weird... I use mine in the water all the time and they hold up fine. Dont expect them to keep your hands warm though.

I'll try and get some time this weekend to get a shot of me wearing it, Its more my greenside rig, I usually wear a CRCH with PACA and a hawg so this is a lighter one for me.

 

However, I'll never ditch the USGI LBV ( I have 3 or 4 now).

I got myself damn good cutting a random strap off the PRC pouch, went clean through my fingertip. I was standing over it just kinda watching it bleed all over the place...

 

Now my brand new SOG folder is all bloody too.

USGI LBV 88 with PRC radio pouch, 2x modded M16 pouches, 1 buttpack, 1 IFAK pouch, 1x canteen w/ cover, and knife sheath. Complete with fresh blood from me stabbing a hole in my finger while modding the PRC pouch.

They are nomex flight gloves. Hotspotairsoft.com, kastwayairsoft.com, and I believe airsoftgi carries them. Great gloves, I own several pairs myself.
