yes a real steel trigger guard is required....i tested an airsoft version of the magpul trigger guard i had, and it wouldnt fit in the hole, so RS is required.
-
lol true
-
you had to order yours? i saw you were in the USA ....why not go to a local store to pick one up? thats what i did, mine broke, and that same day i had the Rock River Arms charging handle installed. also, the RRA matches the gen 1 bodies perfectly.
-
i have disassembled mine 3 times (mostly for *suitcases* and giggles)...its fairly straight foward. i think the smallest piece on the mag i the fill valve.....so not many small parts to loose
-
are you talking about shipping from airsoft buddys site? cause if you are, when i ordered mine, it was the same price, but its a problem with their site, email airsoft buddy directly and do the transaction that way..... by actual shipping was 89 dollars not the 110 that was listed on their site

im just hoping WE will be releasing (or someone else) aftermarket kits, cause i want a rifle length barrel.
-
the new plain ones are anodized as well right? just without the markings?
-
it looks like you have to have a special tool to remove it easily, kinda like a armorers wrench to take off a barrel nut
-
how did you unscrew the valve to separate the pieces?
-
is it a gen 1 or gen 2? im assuming that because the charging handle broke its a gen 1
-
how much, and you know you can use a RS charging handle in it right? i have a Rock River Arms one in mine right now
-
i know the marui is electric in function but i thought the blow back part was run on C02
-
which would make sense, the Law enforcement agencies in my local area and military units in my area are looking to pickup the WE as a training rifle.
-
if i remember right doent the Marui put the gas into the stock of the gun? not the mag?
-
well your right, i am against high caps (by hi caps i mean the 300-400 round mags that look like stanag mags in AEGs) i am not against a 100ish round beta mag that is gas powered *mostly because there are such things in real life* i do not think milsim is someone running around with an m4 and a box mag with 2000-3000 rounds its just too unrealistic. now if someone wants to do that, more power to them, its just not my cup of tea. and when you said hi cap i was assuming you means something along the lines of 300-400 round beta mag, which would be almost impossible unless you were hooked u
