Some beautiful guns in here, not so much a fan of the American Sig range though, I'm almost tempted to unpack mine (while it's still mine) from it's box and get some shots of it. lol, this is the problem with the SIG, I wanted a G36 for my first AEG and every time I went to the local airsoft shop I got distracted with a TM 552 with HurricanE body they had on the wall... after the fourth visit and spending yet another 10 minutes fondling it and feeling the reassuring weight I bit the BB and forked out for it. Now I'm broken hearted at having to sell it, but there is another gun I want and I'm poor, so it's one in, one out at the minute.... Although I figure if I can sell enough of my old style SIG low cap mags to pay for the other gun - I might get to keep my beautiful SIG.
I love the reaction the 552 gets at sites, had plenty of marshalls wandering over to have a shufty, especially when the Quad RAS is on and it's in it's full metal glory - love the trigger response on the basic unit too, had plenty of Marshalls ask if I have two round burst installed, lol.
Okay, now I'm talking myself out of selling it... I'm trying to shift everything onto the G3 platform, trouble is I can see myself wanting to get the full 55X platform too... and my other half has already said she can see me getting a SIG automatic, the amount of time I spend playing with them in shops.

All the SIG mount rails I've seen have been like the TM one SquadSniper has above, or like the HurricanE one on mine (below). I don't think it's actually possible to get any lower I'm afraid.

Here I can be seen using no cover whatsoever, actually I was 10 metres into the game area from the deadzone and was checking for people hiding in the rhodendendrum jungle up ahead before moving further in...

My little TM P7M13 springer, a £7 bargain from Battle Orders, a great set of trades on this model, very impressive.
These two pictures show the extra safety provided by having to squeeze the front of the grip in order for it to fire. THis is in addition to the very small safety at the rear of the gun, just below the slide, very tricky to manipulate and so I generally keep it on and rely on the grip safety.

I think the only ones I've seen have been the manky unlined ones, however apparently they do a lined winter version, were those the ones you were using? Just wondering as it's only really my fingers I feel the cold in when skirmishing... damn that huge heat sucking lump of metal I have to hold, lol.

Nice outfit, you got to do with your BW Snowy Suit what I didn't when it snowed here... take pictures, lol, I was having too much fun being unseen to remember.
An interesting choice on the gloves though, apparently most BW soldiers keep their grey gloves in their right hand cargo pocket (in case they are required to wear them for some reason) and then they wear self bought gloves. Have you thought of going for the heavy winter gloves they keep appearing quite cheaply on ebay (not so great for tiny trigger guards though) but kept my fingers lovely and warm during the snow game.
Also have a extra big chocolate cookie for calling it a G36V not a G36E

You won't need a belt with suspenders because the Mehler Vest has some kind of integrated attachment which takes the old style web pouches.

To correct your post, some models of the Mehler vests have the LKS attachment points, not all, it depends what version they are using.

its certainly in the USP family.... atleast i think so.
P10A variant of the USP Compact, the P10 is the first pistol to meet, and be certified to, the Technical Guidelines on "Pistols" of the German Police Staff College. Several German states have adopted the P10 as their standard service pistol. The P10 is essentially a USP Compact variant 3 (the control lever functions as a decocker only).

Hey G3 guys I have pic request. I am looking for pics of a G3 with a single drum and a beta C mag. IF possible a Veltor style RAS Bipod as well. I am trying to do an illustration and I am haveing a hard time visualizng the way it looks. Thanks for any pics if possible.
About the best I can do atm is this from H&K's Grey Room, while on an HK11E (G8) here, the mag is real steel and useable on the G3 and presents a different profile to the airsoft drum mag Nicoli and I both own.

While there is indeed a real steel low profile mount, as seen on the upper model it's part of the receiver, as all of the 55X range in airsoft come with the Dioptre Sight Receiver, I believe your only choice would be to custom build... or convert a real steel receiver
