  1. The shotgun is coming along nicely.  Angry Gun stock kit and WII-tech receiver rail fitted. But be warned, there is no point in purchasing the WII-tech railed forearm: http://www.uncompany.com/images/will-tech-04029_big.jpg

The dimensions are not even close to fit it on a Marui gbb M870 shottie.

G&P to the rescue. Fortunately I had a G&P type B forearm lying around, though I would have preferred the type A forearm. And here is another warning! Do not buy the G&P forearm installation tool. It`s only good for installing a new rail.  It will not remove the original forearm. The dimensions are all wrong. Save yourself a lot of hassle, buy the Laylax tool instead, it works both ways.

Exrernaly only the paint job left to do.

  2. Nicked this from another topic. Don`t know why it was not posted here:

SAT Airsoft Taiwan-High Performance Output Valve for Tokyo Marui M870

We have completely redesigned the output valve of the Tokyo Marui M870 to withstand heavier gasses like green gas and red gas. Our product also greatly improves gas efficiency as it eliminates all valve leakage problems. This upgrade will also increase muzzle velocity significantly.

For more information, visit SAT's official website at http://www.sat-gunshop.com

  3. I also have one and have a slight leak that developed after a full days use. Bleedout, what type of fiddling have you done? My gun currently has a leak that soundslike the gas is running through the body and sometimes stops after being fired and then starts again a couple shots later.

    +1

Are the SAT inner barrels likely to give an increase in fps, as they are 6.01?

  4. My UKSF M6. Still work in progress, but could not resist to have a few pics taken. Need to loose the storm grip and Diemaco sling mount. Magpul stuff inbound. The rail comes from a CA M6 I butchered for the sake of this project.  The second pic is the inspiration. Taken by darkchild130, and posted here a few years back, when he was trialing it.

  5. Leaving the gun stock is no bad thing at all. Then upgrade when things start falling apart.

If you decide to upgrade, then do the lot. And preferably stick to parts from one manufacturer. Personally I went down the Prometheus route on my guns. Expensive? Oh yes, but well worth it with the performance you get.

    Internals:

-Prommy gears, piston, piston head, cylinder, cylinder head and inner barrel.

-Firefly hop up bucking and nub.

-Eagle six spring. M100 spring along with the above upgrades will give you about 350 fps.

    -Eagle6 recoil spring.

    -Systema Magnum motor.

    Externals:

-Laylax buffer tube lock ring.  (This is mandatory)

-Laylax hard barrel base is also recommended if you wan to avoid  rail/barrel wobble.

And please do not use the standard Sopmod batteries.
