  1. just got my MWS today.. damn Red Wolf Super glued anywhere it mentions the word "colt". I'll bust out the acetone tomorrow when I get the chance and clean up the trades. However, I did get it @ 418USD OTD. Just placed an order for 5 mags on Ehobby. This will be my "borrow" gun for my friends. I do notice the overall feel of the gun doesn't feel as rugged as the GHK's, but the performance I'm sure will be a lot better.

This gun, (compared to my GHK's and all my other builds/collection) feels like a toy compared to everything else. It's probably the lack of steel parts that makes it feel a bit different. But like everyone else mentions, marui will probably get the MOST support out of any other system.

  2. my mag leaks to *suitcase* right now... Thinking it's that rubber base plate, or I screwed in the screws in an incorrect order... Or the rubber is flipped around... The good thing is, this mag is REALLY easy to work on. Probably the easiest I've seen...

  3. okay, do NOT purchase the azimuth bolt head. What a waste of money. It actually destroyed my nozzle spring, and gave me sluggish performance (tolerances are a little off when returning to battery) That's what I get when I want a shiny new extractor instead of a dull one engraved on my crusader bolt head.

  4. okay just got my HK dual mag clamp, and it fits. Really snug, had to WD40 the insides, but got both mags to fall in. HK Cocking lever and handle works as well, but it's actually shorter than the VFC one. The actual HK cocking handle isn't made out of steel but some kind of polymer, but the support pin is steel, just like the vfc/avalon one that I have. So I might as well use the VFC one as I like the extra length.

  5. Urgh, that's beautiful. Debating doing the same to my '09, or selling the '09, keeping all the RS parts and putting them on a 2014 ViperTech.

If I were to do it over again, I'd start off on a Vipertech Lower, then re-anodize that... At least viper's are 6061-T6. Inokatsu's are 6061, not T6, and 2009 could be even the 5000 series... Maybe wait for the real sword? (if ever) but I would rather start off on Vipertech.
