  1. Hey guys! I've (sort of) completely RaTech-ized my WE M4 (steel trigger group, steel bolt carrier etc.). Every now and then it goes full auto while the fire selector is on semi o_O Has anyone else encountered the phenomenon? Any idea where to look? Thanks
  2. Roger that, burden off my chest ManMarin3 and rolling-thunder, thanks to both of you.
  3. @ManMarin3: thanks. will try that. I assume you put the pistol mag adapter on(?). @rolling-thunder: I assume the "follower" is the plastic part placed on the top of the spring, which is holding the bb's, right? If that's correct, couldn't miss it as they come in pairs (pls see below): http://www.uncompany.com/pageproductdetails.asp?prodid=27839
  4. Hi guys. No matter how ridiculous I may sound, got to brig this up: got my M4 converted into open bolt (CO2) and also had to change the mag lips. The OB lips seem not that tall and slightly narrower than those for CB. The default bb loader seems not to work anymore with the new lips. The WE open bolt kit comes with a strange piece of plastic (square with a hole in the center), which I initially thought that would work like some sort of adapter for the bb loader. Well, it seems that I was wrong (btw, anyone knows what's the actual utility of that part?). Question is: how in the world you load
  5. i wasn't talking CAD Anyways, case closed.
  6. Well, it seems that I'm becoming part of that annoyed crowd. Slightly ridiculous though, if you think that I paid $300 for the gun, and ended up with a piece of professional advice telling me: "glue it!" Bah, I'll do it anyway until I find a proper replacement. >.<
  7. Ok. Eventually I received an answer to my issue: use super glue as this is how #30 and #31 are stuck together in the WE factory o_O
  8. Hmm... no hole. Possibly different version (#30 looks a bit different than the schematics). Annoying. Anyway, e-mailed WE and the shop (WGC). Thanks for your time, NonEx.
  9. @NonEx: Thanks bud. #32 seems to be in the right place, but indeed I don't see any screw on the top of the button (and don't see any place where that screw should go in either). I guess there's either a missing link between #30 and #31 or a defective #30 (or #31). Anyways, apart from RS (which not sure if I could get it shipped over here), can't find any aftermarket button designed for WE, they're all seem to be very fond of WA o_O (Ra Tech incl.) Would a WA button fit? Thanks again
  10. Hey there. Just got my WE M4A1 (a CO2 AFC w. trades, actually). For the record, I'm a complete gbbr noob. Took it out for a spin and here's the first issue: cocking the gun makes the forward assist button (and the spring) to pop out. Can't see anything that could actually retain the button in there (i.e. on part #30, I guess). Any ideas what/how I could fix this? Thx
  11. Can anyone tell me how many magic pins (ra-tech) are required for stiffening the body of a M4? Haven't got mine yet, but heard that a wobbly body is rather common. Is this correct? Thanks
  12. Hey guys! New to this GBB "species" and planning to get a WE M4A1 Open-Chamber GBBR http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/product_detail1.php?search_From=searchItem&item=WE-GBR-M4A1OB&search=searchItem&rs=open%20chamber&catid=&cat= and play it on CO2. Does anyone own this model and could share some impressions? Can't seem to find too many upgrade parts for it though (as opposed to those built on WA platforms). I'd be especially interested in a steel trigger group (similar to that by Ratech, so to avoid as long as possible issues like the one L2E described above),
