  1. I needed new pants for my new team's loadout, so I picked up a pair of Crye G3 combat pants in Multicam.  So far, I am BEYOND happy with them, and will deffo be rocking these full time unless I absolutely have to wear something else.  They're incredibly comfortable, the knee pads are MILES ahead of the Emerson ones (shocker, right?), and I have a range of motion and flexibility with these that I couldn't even dream of with the Emersons.  I highly recommend them, provided they're in your budget...

    Anyways, pictures:

Here's the team that made it out to the game last weekend.  We're a bit hodge podge as everyone is still picking up the bits for the team loadout, but everyone's gear works well for them and they're effective with it, which is most important.

  2. How about the size of the helmet itself? I would love one but I have read that the TMC airframe lid is very small and I have a big head!

I don't know the size in cm or inches, but I've got a big dome piece too, and it fits me fine.  I'm around a 7.3" head, so if you convert that, it may shed some insight.

  3. So the shorter hammer strut - are you referring to the bit that has the hammer spring wrapped around it and inserts into the mainspring seat?  I run a RS mainspring seat and enhanced hammer spring on my KJW, so I'm familiar with the back end there.

Thanks for the info thus far guys.

  4. Is it a little insane to buy a ''real-steel'' 150e hand-guard for an airsoft replica? Those hand-guards are exactly what I want/need. A bit risky though, might not fit at all (and the rails that come with the G39c might not fit it).

Nope.  We all do ridiculous things for our replicas.  For example, I've got a real rail, stock, grip, and optic going on my new WE build.  Not strange at all.  It just offers you a different level of quality.

  5. meanwhile in Russia..

I don't know why, but I LOL'd at the caption...  Nice loadout mate!

This is my 'Proper serious not posing at all war face'.

Also shows how well ATACSAU works at the Sandpit.

Anyhoo, fairly simple loadout, Propper ATACS ACU's and a TMC JPC in ATACSFG and many, many morale patches.

Hwagan - please, PLEASE tell me you guys have used the water as a resource during a game.  That'd be awesome!  You're right - the AU does blend nicely there too!

And you can never have enough morale patches.

  6. Kit list please Bucko if you wouldn't mind :)

Assume all gear is A-TACS unless otherwise noted.  Let's see here...

    Headgear:

    - TMC Crye Airframe replica

    - FMA Norotos shroud in FG

    - Custom reflective call sign patch

    - US Flag patch in Coyote

    - Emerson V-Lite (on rear of helmet)

    - Z-Tactical Peltor Comtac II replicas

    - Smith Optics Elite Boogie Regulator goggle

    First line:

    - Condor battle belt (not a huge fan of it, but it gets the job done for now)

    - Ares Armor admin pouch

    - Condor molle mounted dump pouch

    - Condor GP pouch used for medical supplies

    - ITW Fast Mag (real one.  GBBR mags are too heavy for the replicas IMO)

    - Drop leg attachments for Serpa holster and HSGI leg rig (I can carry 2x Thunder B grenades or 4x AR mags on my leg rig)

    Second line:

    - Tactical Assault Gear "Plate Carrier"

    - Tactical Assault Gear 100oz hydration carrier

    - Condor double 5.56 magazine pouch

    - Condor bungee 5.56 magazine pouch

    - Condor radio pouch in Coyote

    - Condor double pistol magazine pouch

    - Z-Tactical Peltor PTT replica

    Soft goods:

    - Emerson Gen 2 combat pants

    - Tru-spec combat shirt (OD)

    - Oakley SI Assault Gloves (OD)

    - 5.11 8" ATAC boot

I think that's it...  I could've sworn I wore more gear haha...  I guess this was supposed to be a fast-and-light assaulter's kit for the day.

  7.

    well mp7

    g&p micro  t1
    peq15 clone
    m600 flashlight clone

Well MP7?  As in the one that shoots like 150 FPS?  My buddy has one of those...

And god damn it Stress!  Every time you post, I have to start on a new project!  Nice work...

  8. Nice grab mate.  Have you seen any metal bodies for it yet?  I've reached out to my contacts in HK and everyone is telling me they're sold out, but I've never seen a kit except for the slide!

On a technical note, how's the recoil and gas efficiency?  I hear they're both much improved.

  9.

I was more than a little bored yesterday morning so looked a little more closely at it and he has his thumb tucked behind his hand, which is quite an uncomfortable position to be resting on.

He looks like the fat drug dealer friend from Pineapple Express haha

Sorry fella but I had to chuckle at that team photo, what's with the dude in the ill fitting gear on the bottom right throwing some sort of retarded gang sign?

So after all this (lol!), here's a more recent pic of my team!  A bit better, no?

  10. Here are some pictures of me and the team I commanded in the MilSim Operation: Restraint game this past Sunday.  I was supposed to play the role of a former Italian special forces instructor turned Pendulum Security Services Group commander and CEO, so that's why the red beret.  We played in the rain, fog, mud, cold, and at ENDEX, sun.  Solid day with a solid group of players.
