Very nice El_Boomo
The wear looks decent, just looks abit out of place as there isn't any of the CASV or the other parts of the gun.
Where does the battery go?
-
What's the difference? They all look the same to me...
Google it...
If you can't tell you're blind. Please stop trolling.

yea the ris , trigger guard and flash hider are dboys and acm . The ris its self is very nice and solid but its about 1-2mm lower than the body rail but for £20 u just have to love it !
ps just seen this is an old pic the ris was fitted wrong at the time so the ris looks lower that it is
On any other receiver the RIS would in the right place. The rail on CA receivers is too high.

Yeah, I'll order some with the deans connectors.
For now electrical tape will have to do.
OD paracord, take the middle bit out and slide the outer bit over the wire

LOL
Nice.
Why do so many people wear PACA's underneath? IMO (which isnt well thought through) it just adds more weight and bulkiness.
Because some people take pleasure from replicating as closely as possible military units? Wearing Armour makes it harder to play and brings you closer to the level of the unit that they're trying to replicate.
I know that I always carry a load of stuff I've never need in an airsoft game just for realism.

I also have one... I definitely can't get mine over the head while it fits properly.
I'd be very interested to hear how the owner gets that on. I can't see how he manages it.

The fact the listing has "NSN 8405-99-902-4227" kinda gives it away...
Looks like the temperate DPM one I've got (I think Gadge had one in an earlier picture aswell) plus the clips for a camelback and the little blank bit on the top left pouch.
To be honest it worries me these things are on the civilian market brand new when the lads in Iraq are walking round with temperate stuff :S
Or has this been replaced with the new MOLLE (or whatever attachement system it is) armour?
All our soldiers currently serving in Iraq as far as I'm aware have access to Desert DPM assault vests like this, I think now if you see someone in temperate gear then it's probably personal choice kit.
And yeah stuff like this has been partly replaced by the Osprey Molle system, although some troops choose to wear an assault vest/webbing over the Osprey without any pouches on it.
As everyone has said I'm pretty certain this is genuine. There are a couple of desert DPM knockoff vests out there though. And there's still no official Desert DPM PLCE webbing.
Probs for Strike Force Btw Great company!

In the first pic, whats the Pink Packages and whats in the green box?
The pink packages are FFDs, although I think they've just replaced them with a different type and the green box has some padding in. I have 2, one for my model kit and one to keep my phone in when I skirmish

Most of my gear. Doesn't include my BDU's as they'd take up far too much space. Keep in mind the Assault Pack, Webbing, Plate Carrier and one of the Daysacks are completely full. Still loads of stuff out on loan that's missing. And a couple of guns, etc.
Eyewear and headwear.
Also got a couple of draws full of things like Rat packs, and little things like that.
Sorry for the crappy picture, didn't feel like taking it all outside for a better picture

PW, that looks awesome!!
Cheers
Taken me long enough to get it, quite pleased with it so far

Added a few small updates, few more being shipped as I type
Eagle PC w/CB in MJK.

looks to me you lack a bit of food for 3 days, also if the terrain is unknown you would need to bring more then just a camelback full of water, because unknown terrain may not contain a suitable water source to refill the camelback
youve got a nice set of kit their though, im just supprised you can fit it on you.
Hes got a knife, a foldable spade and some rope, that should be enough to rig up some kind of shelter if needed, unless your in the middle of a huge empty field or desert.
I highly doubt most people have the ability and skill to do that

^ Packing Light ^
3 Day pack, enough supplies to live for 3 days in an un-known terrain.
Looking good, but in a 3 day pack you should have a sleeping bag and shelter as well

The pouch placement and the position you have your PTT.
Seems like it would get in the way of shouldering your rifle and you might acidentally set it off when you shouldered your rifle?
Just how it looks to me, might not be a problem of course. Just that I have my PTT on my left shoulder.
-
If you're going for realism CASV's are not designed to take the weight/recoil of ris mounted grenade launchers.
Don't think the tan would look good either.

Lefty?

All of the PC arrived yesterday

Here's an idea
Perhaps the majority of picture threads are like that because that's what people want?
I know that when I post a picture I like a comment or two, if I get a discussion even better!
As has been said it's really not hard to scroll through until you find a picture, unless that's a bit tricky for you lot
Tbh, the systems not broke, don't try and fix it. If everyone elses enjoyment and use of the forums is annoying you....

I was reading a medical entry form a few months back now before i went on a potential officer course. If you have laser eye they dont want to know.
They just dont want you. End of.
If you have it when you're already in though they just medically downgrade you for a period of time.
Also Having done a massive amount of research into this area there are whispers that a new technique of laser surgery is actually being given to SF soldiers and pilots who are losing their vision. Apparently it actually makes you natural NV better. However info on this is impossible to come by and 'sketchy' at best so don't get your hopes up anyone.

So what would he have to add to make not plain & simple?
A torch?
Glad I wasn't the only one thinking it!

Very nice, functional weapon Darkchild
You considered a 416 stock on there? I think it'd look better than the normal full stock, seems a bit long for such a short weapon.

Yeah I'd probs respray then.
I'm really tempted to get one of those Magpul stocks, but then I'd have nowhere to put my battery
Edit: Fellowz can you please edit out those pictures, no need to quote them all.
