I decided to order two loaner guns for newcomers to use. I decided on buying the following. 1x JG G36 $119.95 1x BE Hk33 $129.95 Total : $246.00 The reason why the total doesn't add out is because I received a discount, since it counted as buying wholesale when you buy more than 1 gun. Ok, I sent the money order out on March 15 2005. *Notice* all messages were done over Myspace.com and Hotmail. Here's what I sent them... Me: Date: March 15 2007 --- 1:59 PM "The money was sent out today, it should be there in a couple of days. The Shipping address is Ship To : -----. 0001 Candy Lane Sugar Vill ,NC 00010 Thanks for your time and business. Most definately we will do business again with you in the near future." I received the following reply : From: M4 Airsoft Store Date: Mar 15, 2007 1:59 PM "Awesome, thank YOU ----. I'll let you know as soon as we have it! Thanks again, Sam" Day's later I continued to check on the status of the Money Order. I sent a message to see how everything was going. Me : Date: Mar 19, 2007 5:38 PM "I was just wondering if you have received the money order yet? Thanks" I received the following reply : From: M4 Airsoft Store Date: Mar 20, 2007 6:41 PM Nothing yet for today. "What day did you send it last week? Thanks! Sam sales@m4airsoft.com" Date: Mar 20, 2007 8:07 PM "I sent it Thursday morning. No rush though bro we can wait :-) Thanks" From: M4 Airsoft Store Date: Mar 20, 2007 8:20 PM Alright, I'll update you tomorrow afternoon...it should be in then. Sam" By the 22 I expected that the money order would be there within 7 days. I am from North Carolina and they are located in Washington State. I then got a message from them later. From: M4 Airsoft Store Mar 27, 2007 6:17 PM "We received it today! 3/27 MONEY Order Did you already cancel it? We just got it in today! $246.00 and a mailing address to: 0001 Candy Lane Sugar Vill ,NC 00010 Let me know! Thanks! Sam" From: Me Date: Mar 20, 2007 8:34 PM Nope Haven't canceled it! haha lucky day. I heard nothing from them again, not even I sent a confirmation message to them affirming that I have seen the latest message and I was awaiting the arrival of my guns. Here are some of the messages I sent. Mar 30 2007 7:55PM "Hi M4 Airsoft, We've sent two messages regarding the weapon status of the guns we have bought but haven't received a response. There's probably something wrong with myspace's messaging service like always but, we're just wondering if you have shipped our guns out yet. Thanks" Apr 1 2007 6:44P "Please, when you get this let us know if the gun has been shipped yet." Apr 3 2007 4:10P An email has been sent and still no reply.... ...... Here is information that I have gathered from their Myspace. Last Login: 4/6/2007 Now that is yesterday, that more than 10 days ago since they stopped contact. All the messages that I have sent have been checked by them, now I don't understand why they wouldn't reply back.. being the "Good Business," they are? Someone else; won't mention his name, has also been experiencing problems with M4 Airsoft. They live in California and M4 Airsoft is in Washington State. It's been 3 weeks, 3 weeks and they still haven't had any contact from M4 Airsoft or received their gun. I want to know if anyone has experienced any of these issues and what I should do.. I've been calling them all day, everyday. No one ever picks up the phone or replies to any of the messages or e-mails that I have sent. I need some advice.
