kruck
After taking charge of a filthy (gotta love second hand guns) Maruzen P99c, and in the process of reassembling the BBU into the slide (after cleaning it), it would appear I didn't put the loading nozzle spring back in correctly. (Seriously though, you need about a million hands to put that thing back together). Anyways, fired a shot through it from an empty mag (with gas), slide locked back and lo and behold, the spring is poking out of the ejection port. I pulled it out, as it was mashed up anyway and I seriously couldn't be bothered to take the thing apart again, and it all seems to function fine (emptied a mag, slide locked back). So, the question is: Is this going to cause me any problems, not having this spring? If it is, what can I replace it with/where can I get spare parts? Also, any issues specifically with the compact P99? Propane ready? anything else I need to know? Seems to cycle quite nicely, haven't shot any targets yet though, so we'll see
